Welcome to the holiday home page of the Matuschek family in Spain in La Marina!

Holiday at the Costa Blanca - "Casa Camaleon" - Detached house with own private pool, air conditioning, electric heating, pellet stove

2 bedrooms, completely enclosed plot, 1 bathroom, pool 3x4 m

The 65 m² detached holiday home is centrally located to the village centre of La Marina with adjoining private park. In the village centre you will find doctors, shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, pizzeria, cocktail bar, wine tasting, tapas bar etc..

The house is ideal for families: a living room with satellite TV (German reception), two bedrooms, a kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with fridge-freezer, oven with hob, microwave and washing machine, a shower room. Outside terrace with barbecue and garden furniture.

The beach is about 3 km away, kilometres long and very wide, with tapas bar and beach bar. Behind it there are green dunes and pine forests. The beach is easy to reach by bicycle (rental available in the village).

The house has free internet access.

Only the electricity charges are billed separately on site by the house administration.

The electricity price is currently 30 cents per kWh. However, this may change due to the current situation. If the price will increase, then we will charge the electricity supplier's price per KWh valid during the rental period.
To reduce costs for tenants, we have installed a photovoltaic system on the roof.

Long-term tenants in winter (more than one month) get reduced prices.

By the way: The house is a non-smoking house! Pets are unfortunately not allowed!

Just like being at home

The villa had everything and more Clean and everthing you need away from home. Nice outside area to Sit / BBQ / Eat and sunbath with nice pool and plenty of privacy considering your on an urbanisation and very quiet.The perfect chill out plenty of shops close by to stock up in and lots more a very short drive away , restaurants very close too and again more a short drive away.Only a 35 min drive from the airport.

Lovely small villa in La Marina

Villa was everything we were looking for. Communication was excellent and any problems were dealt with immediately. Outside space was the best and pool lovely. Lots of bars and restaurants a few minutes walk away. Hopefully we will return again.

Located in residential area. Safe area. Galley kitchen - well equipped. Stovetop has no knobs, touch controls requires getting used to. Could have used an english instuction sheet for air conditioner. Walking distance to many restaurants and grocery store. Property manager readily available. Car required to get to nearby beaches.

1 week holiday

We enjoyed the property. Nice house with a nice garden and swimmingpool. We were outside all day swimming and relaxing. Short distance to the grocerystore and several restaurants. But we missed an overview of busroutes and bus stops so we could take a trip to the beach and other towns nearby. Therefore, little to do when you don't have a car.

Alles war bestens. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen. Im Januar ist es allerdings gegen Abend kalt, der Pelletofen war eine grosse Hilfe. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es fußläufig oder ca. 3 km mit dem Auto entfernt.

Heel mooi, schoon huis en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ontvangst was goed en bij problemen was er snel een oplossing. Het zwembad is ideaal, maar ligt veelal in de schaduw, dus is niet altijd warm (begin oktober). De locatie geven wij een onvoldoende, maar dat ligt aan ons; we hadden verwacht dat we eerder in de bergen zouden zijn met onze motoren. Het huis ligt wél dichtbij restaurants en winkels, ideaal!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt !!

Auch in diesen 5 Wintermonaten, die wir erneut in diesen kleinen gemütlichen Haus verbringen konnten, haben wir uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Der Pelletofen hält das ganze Haus wohlig warm, selbst bei in diesem Jahr niedrigeren Temperaturen und manchem Regentag. Das Haus ist modern, die Küche vollständig eingeräumt. Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf den kommenden Winter in diesem Haus!!

La maison est très bien avec une petite piscine mais profonde pas pratique pour les gens qui ne savent pas nager. Seul petit reproche , la maison n'était pas parfaitement clean, trace de doigts sur les armoires cuisine et dans la salle de bain. Mais tout de même un sentiment général positif

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht,in einem wunderschönen Haus. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben 3 Wochen genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Wunderbar und angenehm erholsamer Urlaub!!

Auch unser zweiter Aufenthalt hat uns wieder rundherum gefallen: Superlage des Hauses, vollständig und gut durchdacht eingeräumte Küche, alles blitzblank, gut funktionierender Pellettofen (wärmt das ganze Häuschen, ist leicht zu bedienen). Vor allem wichtig im Winter: Sonne von 3 Seiten. Sehr freundliche Vermieter und eine hilfsbereite Managerin vor Ort.Wir werden immer wieder kommen!!
