The apartment is suitable for both individuals and 2 people. A cot and high chair are available free of charge. In the apartment there is a kitchen with a kitchenette and a cozy sitting / dining area. A fridge with freezer, electric stove with oven, water and egg cooker, coffee machine and a toaster is available. A separate bedroom and a spacious bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet complete the apartment. There is underfloor heating in all rooms. A terrace with morning sun invites you to have a leisurely breakfast, relax or have a barbecue. There is a parking space right by the house for your car. Free WiFi is a matter of course. The optimal location of the apartment also offers you the opportunity to easily get into the local hiking trail network directly on site and without a car. In winter you can reach our local mountain, the Großer Arber (one of the most snow-sure and family-friendly alpine ski areas in Germany) in less than 5 minutes. The cross-country center Bretterschachten is also in the immediate vicinity.
