Located in the Historical Silk Stocking District this home was built in 1905 and has been totally remodeled. Enjoy the warmth & architecture of an older home along with the conveniences of new construction. Walk or rent a golf cart- located within walking distance to the Seawall, the Strand, Moody Mansion, Bishop's Palace & so much more!
Where you will sleep:
The Primary bedroom offers a king size bed with HD TV & ensuite bathroom. There is also an Alexa for music listening.
The two secondary bedrooms both feature a queen bed and one of the rooms has a HD TV as well.
There is also a HD TV in the living room area. For a total of 3 tv’s.
Enjoy listening to music with an Alexa Dot located in each bedroom. The kitchen also has an Alexa Dot for your listening pleasure.
Rules:
Strictly no parties, no pets (due to severe allergies) nor smoking/vaping allowed.
No unregistered guests.
Enjoy the sounds of rippling water from a neighboring pond- you may see/hear birds, cicadas, frogs etc. .
Enjoy an Alexa echo for your music listening pleasure and also a white noise machine.
There are stairs to enter raised house.
Guest access:
There is a keypad for private access.
Parking is recommended in the backyard and allows for 2 compact vehicles- this area is privately gated.
There is also free parking in front of the house but this is considered public property so it may not always be available.
Other things to note:
There are 3 cameras on the exterior of the home. These are not to be removed and/or blocked at any time.
1. Camera located at front door entrance- records the exterior entry at all times.
2. Camera located at right side of front porch- records exterior side at all times.
3. Camera located at backyard- records the backyard & security gate at all times. The covered backyard porch area is NOT being recorded.
