Welcome to this amazingly unique north Phoenix home. The backyard was truly meant for family gatherings. With an outside bar and tiki themed paradise you cant have a bad time here.

Located just north of PHX, Scottsdale, and Paradise valley the location can get you just about anywhere the fun is in 20 minutes of less.

Equipped with two outside grills, endless porch space, TV's to watch games outside, fire pit, gym, office, and an amazing game room for everyone in the family to enjoy.

Also, don’t worry about small sleeping arrangements. King suites. Queen suite. The bunk bed room is queen over queen beds, none of those small twin bunk beds!

Comfortable House with great backyard.

Everything was as advertised in photos and property was clean. The house was comfortable and kept us entertained with the pool/ ping pong table. Backyard was great for BBQing and relaxing. Bryce was quick and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for everything!

A tiki paradise in real life

This house was made to make you feel at home , the minute I entered inside it reminded me how much I miss having my own house, such a beautiful setup and plenty of games it was definitely worth every dollar that was spent towards it if you have good people surrounded by you here , you’re guaranteed to have a beautiful stay

Sweet tiki Hawaiian paradise

What a wonderful stay in a great property! The backyard was gorgeous and even had a hot tub! Inside was wonderful clean and the bathrooms were spectacular. The kitchen wasn’t stocked a lot, so there were a couple of things we had to go buy so that we could make dinner, but if you’re on vacation and eating out this place is amazing! It was a little strange that the bathroom doors didn’t have locks on them but that’s OK because we just enforced knocking. There are two windows that were broken before we got there because they were taped up but it didn’t affect the air as the tape sealed it. One tiny small suggestion is to label the light switches because some of them were in places you wouldn’t think of. But honestly, this place was fantastic and I would definitely stay here 1 million more times!!
