Come and enjoy "A PLACE TO PLAY WHILE YOU STAY" at our newly renovated home located in North Phoenix, just off of the 101 freeway!

Our Arizona Sports themed house will be sure to provide a fun spot to gather with family and friends to watch the big event, compete in some friendly competition with the variety of games offered or relax in our large 7-person Hot Tub. The convenient location allows you to travel to distant parts of the valley in minimal time (approx. 20-30 min to surrounding events/cities) and can even allow for a quick day trip up North to our popular tourist sites such as Sedona, Flagstaff or the Grand Canyon!

Our home offers a lot of entertaining options for your group to gather around during your stay. From the easy flow through the downstairs living space, the large backyard and fun air-conditioned garage game room, our home will surely make you want to come back for more!

The sports house offers 7 TV’s!!!!!!!! There is a 75 inch in the Kitchen/Living room, a 55 inch outside under covered patio, 2- 40 inch TV’s for multiple event viewing in the garage room and TV’s in each bedroom!

The LARGE backyard features a 7- seater Hot Tub, outdoor sectional and bar table, a cook top grill, fire pit with seating for 8, a 3-Hole putting green with putters and golf balls and large artificial turf area for fun outdoor games (Corn Hole, Jenga and Yardzee/Yardkle)

The Air-conditioned game room has 2 Arcades (PGA Tour Championship and Sports Jam), dual lane pop a shot, a Foosball table, ring toss and 2 Pub tables (8 Total chairs) properly located directly in front of the 2 TV’s.

Each of the Arizona sports themed bedrooms offer memory foam mattresses and a variety of pillow styles to choose from so our guest can be sure to have a comfortable night’s rest! The spacious Master has a 55 inch TV, large walk in closet and an attached full bath. The 2 other guest rooms also have 40 inch TV’s mounted and a 4 drawer dresser, tower fan, hangers and luggage rack included in each closet. The full guest bath offers a full tub/ shower option and plenty of towels are provided. Extra linen, pillows and towels are offered in the hall closet along with emergency equipment.

The community park has a playground, splash pad, basketball court and sand volleyball court all within walking distance to the house!

Loved the house. Was walking distance to our daughter’s apartment. Loved the dog door for our dog and the house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Entertaining house for families

We enjoyed everything this house offered for entertainment. From the game room to the hot tub. The fire pit, corn hole, putting green and outdoor TV area, we were able to relax and have fun hanging out at the house.

Perfect house

Perfect family house!!!

I have stayed at my fair share of VRBOs and this one was the cleanest and most fun!! It is perfect for families! The game room was absolutely amazing! The backyard was great to have room to play for kiddos and the hot tub was the icing on the cake! If you are considering this place do yourself a favor and book it!
