It has a full kitchen equipped for making a home-cooked meal, a pull-out couch for additional guests, and garage parking. You also have 1GB WiFi, a flat-screen TV (with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN), and a pac man arcade with 12 classic games to keep you entertained for hours. Good spot for Workcation

The property was very nice and worked well for our 3 week stay in Phoenix during Spring Training. The location is nice and quiet being very close to the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. The only thing that made it a 4 location for me is that it was a little farther from my work than I would have liked. It was also a little ways to some amenities and restaurants that we like. The house itself was nice and spacious. It was very clean and well maintained. The patio is nice with a cover so we could sit out even on the random rainy days we got this trip. Communication was a strength for sure. Brian and his team were readily accessible via email with really quick responses. He was proactive with information and checking in on us to be sure we had everything we needed.

Convenient location

We were in town visiting family and the property was very close to them. It was also close to trails for hiking and biking which we took advantage of. The house was clean and spacious. We had a very relaxing vacation. Thank you

Great place and location

Quiet, safe, lovely neighborhood nestled up against the mountains. Host was very responsive and the house was well appointed. Definitely recommend staying here!

We bought this house because of the location. We love hiking the trails on the Phoenix Mountain Preserve and capping off the day by sipping a cocktail as the sun sets behind the mountains.
