Lots of issues, some serious

This is clearly an investment property. There are multiple things that are wrong. 1) Needs maintenance. Main bathroom tub drains too slowly. Main bathroom fan barely works. Master bathroom fan doesn’t work at all. Rug in living room dirty and stained. 2) Poor quality furniture. Beds should have 2 mattresses. They are NOT platform beds. I sleep on one at home, and my frame is 12-15 inches off the floor. These are way too low and are extremely difficult to get up from. Dining room chairs are hard and uncomfortable. 3) Lacking supplies. No soap in either bathroom. No bath mats, and because of that, people get out of the shower with wet feet and the water seeps into the floor. The laminate floor in the master bath is soft in places. No dish towels in kitchen. 4) Dangerous tubs. They are not non-slip. All it’s going to take is one person to fall and get hurt, and you will have a huge lawsuit. I showered on a towel, so I could be safe. 5) Falsely advertised. I had no idea till I got to property that it was 3 floors up. I have mobility issues, so I was severely challenged every time I went in & out. I am in Phoenix 2-4 times/year. I will never use VRBO again. I could have stayed in a fully stocked hotel with a kitchenette for what this ended up costing me. I also should have some of my money refunded because if all the things listed above, and the fact that I had to go out & buy basics like soap.

TV/beds

There is only Visio channels. There is no cable/local channels. If you are into movies and news snippets then you will be good with the TV. The beds are platform beds with foam mattresses. We were there for 2 weeks and my back hurt the entire time we were there. The condo was nice but getting into and out of there was not fun.

Did the job!

My husband and I, in addition to another couple, stayed at this condo over a long weekend. Check-in was quite easy, and the location is fine. While we didn't do much cooking, we found the kitchen to be quite sparse. For example, the coffee pot was only a 4-cup pot (a Keurig would've been great), and I don't believe there was even a shaker of pepper. We could easily get past the kitchen deficits (we ate most of our meals out), but the bathrooms were another story. While they were clean enough, there were no bathroom floor mats so water got all over the floor. It made for a slippery mess, and you could tell the flooring in each bathroom is showing wear and tear due to lack of mats. The major con of both bathrooms was the extremely HOT water. We both found the water to go from cold to extremely hot without much in between. It made showering really, really uncomfortable. With that being said, for the price we paid the amount of space was conducive and the beds were very comfortable. Also, the pool area was very well maintained and it wasn't crowded at all.
