Built in the 1960s and thoughtfully updated with modern touches, this apartment offers the perfect balance of vintage charm and contemporary comfort. Conveniently located just outside Downtown in a historic neighborhood near a urban city park, it’s an ideal spot to relax and recharge. Expect original foundation and layout.
