Perched directly on the shore of Lake LBJ, this third-floor condo is the ideal home base for your next getaway to Texas wine country. Grab a bottle at any of the dozens of surrounding vineyards and enjoy a glass with the spectacular sunset each night over the lake directly from your balcony. Several nearby marinas rent boats and watercraft if you want to explore by water, and you’re an easy drive from abundant shops, restaurants, and other amenities.
At the condo itself, you’ll find an updated, light-filled space. The open plan combines the living area, dining area, and kitchen, which boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for the chef to whip up a masterpiece. Grab a bite together at the adjacent table, or return to the balcony and dine alfresco. After a day of winery-hopping or exploring the lake, come home to relax in the central air-conditioning while you stream the latest release. At bedtime, guests of the primary bedroom will enjoy direct balcony access and an en suite bathroom - but don’t call it a night before one last toast on your balcony to the first - and next - perfect lake day.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
