Perched directly on the shore of Lake LBJ, this third-floor condo is the ideal home base for your next getaway to Texas wine country. Grab a bottle at any of the dozens of surrounding vineyards and enjoy a glass with the spectacular sunset each night over the lake directly from your balcony. Several nearby marinas rent boats and watercraft if you want to explore by water, and you’re an easy drive from abundant shops, restaurants, and other amenities.

At the condo itself, you’ll find an updated, light-filled space. The open plan combines the living area, dining area, and kitchen, which boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for the chef to whip up a masterpiece. Grab a bite together at the adjacent table, or return to the balcony and dine alfresco. After a day of winery-hopping or exploring the lake, come home to relax in the central air-conditioning while you stream the latest release. At bedtime, guests of the primary bedroom will enjoy direct balcony access and an en suite bathroom - but don’t call it a night before one last toast on your balcony to the first - and next - perfect lake day.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Beautifully decorated condo

This condo really deserves better housekeeping. Upon check in I had to dig back thru past emails to find the door code..it could have been much simpler by sending it in the day of arrival text. My first notice that the housekeeping was a miss was upon drying my hands on a hand towel that had food particles on it..the same red chile food stain was on the duvet in MB. Also fresh large carpet stains in the MB... The balcony could have been more appealing by a little sweeping and dusting off of the furniture. Overall the condo was great with quality furniture and decor..just gotta get the housekeeping on the same page. I do appreciate the Mgr calling and addressing my concerns and going as far as to discount our stay. That shows me this management company does care.

Great Condo with Privacy

The condo is located near the best the resort has to offer. It is clean and has great space for a family. It is tucked on the back of the building over looking the marina. You get a water view, but it has great privacy.

Fantastic Condo

I've stayed at the Horseshoe Bay Resort and love the area, but wanted to explore other options since we had two couples on this trip. This condo is amazing! With three bedrooms, plenty of room for all four of us. This condo is extrememly clean and updated throughout. Large primary bathroom with updated touches everywhere. We'll definitely be looking for this exact unit 33 on our next visit. A++++++

Beautiful condo in paradise

We loved this beautiful condo over looking Lake LBJ. Updated. Super clean. Fully stocked kitchen. In the heart of the stunning Texas Hill Country. Close to dozens of vineyards, distilleries, and breweries. An hour from Austin (SXSW; Formula 1; ACL). You can’t beat this 5 star condo. Can’t wait to rent again. We will definitely be back!
