'LA DOLCE VITA' OLD TOWN! STEPS TO DUVAL! SLEEPS 2-4, 3 BLOCKS TO SOUTH BEACH!

LA DOLCE VITA is located in the heart of Old Town Key West and just steps to Duval Street in the heart of the Historic District!!

Southernmost Point and Southernmost Beach on the Atlantic Ocean are just 3 short blocks away! Southernmost Cafe also has a great Happy Hour!
Also, one of our favorite spots is the Seaside Cafe which is on the water and has great drinks, pizza, salads. It is located next to Southernmost Cafe.

The condo is on the second floor of an old, beautiful, Key West style building with a wraparound balcony.
It has high 14 ft ceilings, a granite galley style kitchen, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, 2 burner glass cook top and microwave . It has cherry wood laminate floors, queen size bed w/ memory foam mattress, 75 inch flat screen Smart TV in living room, 35' Roku TV in bedroom, ceiling fans in living room and bedroom, full bathroom, crown molding throughout with recessed lighting on dimmer switches and also rope lighting on the ceiling throughout the condo for a cozy, relaxing feel.

The condo has a shared porch with 2 sitting chairs on a large wrap around balcony.

There is a public pool at 300 Catherine St. one block away. It is the Community Center and has picnic tables, basketball courts and playground. Weekend hours vary. Their phone number is 305-809-3876.

Dante's Pool & Raw Bar is located at 951 Caroline St, which has a large pool, full bar, Tiki bar and grill. It is a short bike ride away. Pets are welcome.

Just 3 short blocks away is Southernmost Beach which has Southernmost Cafe and offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and happy hour.

Three blocks to Southernmost Point on the Atlantic Ocean. Also, a few blocks away is Fort Zachary Taylor Beach which is a 20 minute walk. Fort Zachary Taylor Beach is Key West's most beautiful beach!

You will not need a car with this location! Walk to all the shops, restaurants, bars and beaches of Old Town, Key West!

The place was great. It was a very cute little apartment with kitchen and living room area. Great location half a block off of Duval two blocks to the southern most point in the. Us. A little confusing about which building and which apartment it was but once we figured it out everything was great.

Owner sent code to get into door. No check in required I would have liked a blanket or throw in family room. A small cooler would have been nice to take to the beach. Kitchen had bare minimum but it was all that we needed.

Great location

Just a half block off Duval St! You could hear the music and crowd noise from the balcony but not inside. Fun vibe with colorful decor. Comfortable bed and hot shower. There were a couple of small issues that management took care of right away. Be prepared for 21 steps up to apartment! Also, we could hear the person in the next apartment, so not soundproof between rooms.

Absolutely loved the location, a little off the quiet end of Duval Street. The wrap around porch was so pleasant to sit on and enjoy the weather. Be warned it is small but the outdoor area really helps.

It was just like pictures. Great location & communication with owners & property manager. Only complaints were plants by window & blind on door don’t give much privacy. Was glad to be on 2nd floor for that reason. And floors were really dirty.

We chose Key West for our vacation rental because we have been going to Key West for years and love everything about it, the lifestyle, beaches, activities, shops, restaurants. There is something for everyone.

What makes this property unique

La Dolce Vita is located just steps from Duval Street and a couple blocks from Southernmost Point.

La Te Da restaurant is a 1 minute walk on Duval Street and has nightly live entertainment, dancing, large outside bar, courtyard dining, great for people watching, great drinks.

Just 1 short block away is Flamingo Crossing who has great homemade ice cream and frozen yogurt.

A few blocks away is Blue Heaven restaurant which is tropical, has outside seating, live music, chickens walking around, and has their own baker who makes their own breads and desserts.

Key West has over 200 restaurants and bars.

Southernmost Beach on the Atlantic Ocean is just 3 short blocks away.

A car is not necessary with this location! Walk to all shops, restaurants, bars and beaches of Old Town Key West!
