PRIME BRICKELL LOCATION

Walk to Brickell City Centre, restaurants, cafés, shopping and everyday essentials. Downtown Miami, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Center and the Port of Miami are also easily accessible, with Miami Beach just a short drive away.

BUILDING AMENITIES

Guests have access to the building’s gym, spa, sauna and pool. Please note that pool access is currently subject to restricted hours due to nearby construction.

IMPORTANT

There is ongoing construction at the adjacent Baccarat Residences development, and guests may experience construction activity and noise during permitted construction hours.

Building management currently limits pool access to Sundays all day and other days from 6 PM until sundown. These restrictions are determined by building management and may change during your stay.

Building registration is required before arrival. Vehicle information must also be provided in advance for complimentary parking registration.

What more can I say it’s AMAZING.

This place is gorgeous. Great views, great communication, the check in process is easier than a hotel. This is definitely the place I am going to stay anytime I’m in Miami.

Pre-Cruise Stay

This apartment was absolutely fabulous! The views are amazing from every window and balcony. The home is equipped with everything you need. The beds are nice clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The living room and kitchen area are nicely decorated and comfortable. We had an amazing time here. The host is easy to communicate with. There were no issues. You can see the cruise port from the windows and balcony. Whole Foods is in close walking proximity. There’s a convenience store right down stairs. The parking was convenient. You will definitely enjoy your stay here. There are plenty of eateries around.
