3 Stars Appartement in the authentic Parisian village of the 17th.
Peaceful and entirely renovated with a lot of love, my apartment is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator.

Once the front door is pushed, you will arrive directly at the entrance with a warm space: a fully equipped kitchen with a large bar, open to the room of 25m2 airy and bright. The apartment overlooks a green courtyard, and the large bedroom (queen size bed 160) is very quiet and adjoins the bathroom / WC.

Guest love the area full of shops, nice restaurants and food markets. The church place and the batignolles garden make you feel living in a small village with a French spirit.

Sports lovers, you are close (30mins) from France Stadium and Olympic Sites.

I will be delighted to welcome you, see you soon!

Great Apartment

Well equipped apartment. Very quiet! Close to Metro. Couldn't ask for better location. Surrounded by great restaurants and shops. Two parks nearby. Host very responsive.

Once in a life time trip

I could not of hoped for a better experience. The apartment is beautiful and modern but tucked into a historic building in Paris. Steps from three different bakeries and minutes from all of the central Paris attractions. Agnes was a lovely host. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Best place we've every stayed in Paris

Great apartment in a great location. Paris tourist areas can be a madhouse. It was wonderful to come back to a quiet street and a quiet apartment after a day sightseeing. The apartment itself is exactly as advertised - very clean, perfect size for us, wonderful bed (my husband is six and a half feet tall and he fit), and great sitting areas. We give Agnes and her apartment our highest recommendation and would absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable apartment in the heart of Batignolles

My wife and I stayed for three weeks. The apartment met all of our the needs for a long visit. Located in the heart of Batignolles, which was fabulous, the apartment was very quiet. The washer/dryer was particularly helpful as was the fully equipped kitchen. Host Agnes was extremely helpful and was very responsive whenever we had a question. The building’s interior circular stairway took a bit of time to get used to, but in the end was not an issue and only added to the apartment’s Parisian charm.

Paris is always a good idea

Agnes was an excellent host. Throughout my stay, she was always readily available via WhatsApp with helpful tips or suggestions, this was especially helpful as my family and I travelled to France during the strikes and therefore we had to navigate things such as delayed travel or museum closures, however Agnes gave us great guidance and our experience was wonderful! Her apartment is just as you see in the pictures and it was more than enough space for my mom, my sister, and I. It had everything we needed, including a washer and a dryer, it was very clean. Well situated neighborhood with many cute cafes, restaurants, and grocers within a one minute walk, by the end of the week, I truly felt like I lived there. Nice and quiet but only a short train ride away from all of the tourist packed neighborhoods (very close to various metro stations). Overall 5+ stars, my family and I would stay here again during our next visit and we were sad to leave. Highly recommend!
