Nice place, very responsive management

The townhouse was spacious and clean. We stayed for a month and found the kitchen needed a few items for cooking . The management was very responsive, providing the things we requested very quickly. Daniela who runs the front desk was fantastic. She answered all of our questions and was helpful in many ways. She was also a delightful person. The immediate neighborhood, though very safe was a bit commercial. It is however very close to a big supermarket, busses to downtown (a 10 minute ride) and a short walk to the Versalles neighborhood where there are some very good restaurants. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Kali is Mexican, born in Puerto Vallarta and Matt is North-American, born in Arizona. Both will make your stay an unforgettable experience in Mexico.

Why they chose this property

Lord Twigg has a rich history in Puerto Vallarta known by many as a charming sanctuary that was once an English language and art school for locals. It has maintained its original Mexican design over the years keeping its heritage throughout. The original owners from California arrived in the 1990´s and fell in love with the town, deciding to build something special, creating a place for locals and tourists alike.

What makes this property unique

The small villa is perfect for lovers of traditional Mexican design as everything has been carefully selected for the traditional Mexican experience. The location is ideal for walking to the beach, local coffee shops, diverse restaurants , supermarket, athletic park with olympic track, softball field, skate park and basketball courts. Downtown Malecon is only 10 mind rive away and the Romantic Zone is about 20 minutes. Public transportation is also extremely available with bus stops within walking distance so you can travel locally or as far South as Boca de Tomatlan or far North as Bucerias, Punta de Mita and Sayulita .
