This is a newly built home conveniently located 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta, and the Airport. Come into the Craftsman style home with hardwood floors, granite counters and fully furnished patio. This home has all of the 21st century luxury and amenities you expect from a top tier stay. 3 beds and 3.5 baths, that's plenty of room for the family or multiple couples. The owner is going green saving on power with solar panels and low voltage/water usage so don't worry, you wouldn't be taking part in the destruction of the planet. We loved our stay at this beautiful and comfortable home. The home was in a really nice and quiet neighborhood. The owner, Tyrone was quick to respond to me and was really nice. I met a lady I believe was Tyrone's wife and she was very nice as well.

We were in Georgia to visit our daughter who’s a college student here to celebrate homecoming. We searched for lots of homes and I thought this one was perfect for us and luckily, I was right. It’s pretty much centrally located to all of our destinations. Less than 22 minute drive to & from the airport & less than a 20 minute drive to our daughter‘s college. Upon arrival the home looks as it does on online. The neighborhood is clean, quiet and very pleasing to the eye. The home smells fresh. It’s very clean and the interior decorating is very pleasing. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the balcony outback was a plus! To our surprise, there were lots of things already stocked in the home. In the kitchen there’s seasonings for preparing meals. In another cabinet in the kitchen there are over-the-counter medications and basically a first aid kit. There’s a coffee maker, waffle iron toaster, as well as pots and pans to cook your meals. There are at least three grocery stores about 10 minutes away which made it easy to stock the fridge for our stay. There are also plenty of restaurants in a short driving distance. Tyrone’s instructions and communication was great. He made sure we had everything we needed upon arrival and during the duration of our stay. My family and myself agreed that we would definitely stay here again. Nothing but nice things to say about this property.

The house was located in a nice quiet neighborhood. House was big with plenty of seating for the family. The bathrooms were clean. Paper products were provided. My only suggestions for improvement would be: Keurig at the house was a single cup one serving keurig. For a house this size a bigger coffee maker would be ideal. At the of our stay we couldn’t find any more trash bags so had we ran out we would’ve had to buy more or brought our own. The couch was very comfortable but had several stains on it. When checking in I had to message the host to ask for a check in code. I’ve never had to request one before. It has been provided on the day of check in close to the time of check in. The master bedroom down stairs has a locking door knob with a code on it. Upon arrival the door was open. When I messaged the owner for the codes for check in we were provided with a code for the bedroom, however it was the incorrect code. It caused a little panic because our infant son was asleep in the “locked” room and we couldn’t get into him until the host provided us with the correct code and the knob had to reset after so many minutes. The host did message and call us back shortly after reaching out to him but it did cause a little panic for us. Overall for the price and location I would stay at the location and would recommend it! We enjoyed our stay.
