1800's modernized farmhouse retreat! A sense of living in the distant past but with all the modern amenities. Providing 2,700 square feet of living space, there is plenty of room for friends and family to gather. There are five bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are on the main floor, and three upstairs. Sleeps 11-12 comfortably. One full bath upstairs and one downstairs. Only 4 minutes to Bristol Mountain, 16 minutes to Canandaigua City Pier & Lake access, 18 minutes to Honeoye Lake, and so much more!

a fantastic stay!

super cozy and plenty of beds. we had 9 adults and they were all comfortable (but there was a lot of room sharing). amazing location, close to town and bristol mountain! thank you for the stay!

Clambake

Every year our group of friends go to the Bristol clambake. For the past several years we have stayed at a different property. When we found out last year it would no longer be available we were worried we would never find a place we liked as well. We found that place. This was the perfect house for our group.we had a wonderful time chatting, sitting by the fire or on the porch and relaxing in the hot tub. We are looking forward to next year. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.
