My problem was not with the house. In fact, I never saw the house because the owner cancelled my reservation a week and a half before the trip, even though I had had the reservation for months and had paid for it in full. The reason was the people staying there wanted to extend their stay. It really left us in a bind trying to find something suitable at the last minute. Obviously we got a refund, however what is the point of reserving months in advance and paying in full if you cannot count on the stay. I could understand if something was wrong with the property, ie... broken air conditioner, storm damage but just because someone prior to me wanted to extend their stay is unacceptable and unprofessional. The house might be great if you can ever get in but don't count on it! Very disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience to say the least! Will never book anything with this person again.

Bryant is centrally located in Arkansas. Close to Little Rock and also very close to Hot Springs, AR. There are many areas to hike, camp, swim and go boating!

My team works to keep our properties safe, clean and stocked for our visitors and we always work to respond with requests and questions as soon as possible! Our goal is to make our visitors feel at home and hopefully they will think of our Airbnb's on their next visit to Arkansas!
