Perfect waterfront home. Located in West Fenwick with a private walk out dock that you can fish or crab off of, and ramp to put kayaks and water toys in the water in your back yard! Relax and enjoy peaceful views of the canal from the large window in the living room. Use the nearby public boat ramp for larger boats at Bayville Marina, and park out back at the private dock (deep water). Minutes to the beach as well as popular Bayside, and nearby attractions like Viking Golf, Fenwick Boardwalk, Water Park and many restaurants and shopping. Parking for 4 cars and boat trailers are welcome as well.

Great House, location is a bit inconvenient

We were there to spend the week with friends and family in Fenwick Island. We loved the house, but RT 54 congestion made a 3 mile short drive into a 25-30 minute commute.
