Cozy List, where you can experience the quintessential coastal Carolina escape when you stay at this beachfront condo for endless fun in the sun, the ideal place for a couple's gateway, a small family with children, or just some much-needed quiet time for yourself. Four adults can sleep comfortably, the bedroom has a queen-size bed, and we will also have a queen size pull-out-couch. For children, we offer an adventure with two spacious twin-size "ship bunks" in the hallway (with a ladder, of course) for an unforgettable experience.
Guests to this property will find the kitchen is fully equipped—great for making your dinners at home or grabbing a nutritious snack before heading out to the beach and the flexibility to cook and dine in after a long day in the sun or sightseeing in Charleston There's a Keurig coffee maker and a french press as well as a two breakfast bar stools. We do not provide Keurig pods or coffee beans, so don't forget to bring your favorite brand for a fresh cup of joe in the morning while watching the sunrise.
Plenty of room for storage in the bedroom closet and shelves. Bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels are available for convenience. We provide a starter kit of toiletries and paper products such as shampoo, toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, and trash bags. Harry's Teeter is located within walking distance of the condo.
A small office table and chair are available in the living room for those pesky emergency meetings.

* The unit is 470 square feet, max of 4 adults and two young children it is going to replicate the feel of a small ocean vessel cabin. * This is a 1st-floor unit with a single flight of stairs - around 8 steps. * Access to laundromat facility on premises located right next to the pool. You can still use quarters if you prefer or you can download on your phone the PayRange app. In order for it to work, your Bluetooth must be enabled and you will need to be close to the washer or dryer you want to use. Once you set up the account with PayRange, you will need to add money to your account for future use. ($10.00 Minimum) from any major credit card. * Free Wi-Fi. Password is going to be provided on the day of arrival. * BYOP (bring your own password) entertainment policy. We found that Roku's guest feature is the perfect way to enjoy your favorite entertainment. For your security, on the day of check-out, Roku automatically deletes all your password from the system. Details are going to be provided before check-in. * Two Beach towels provided. We also provide two beach chairs and an umbrella. If more chairs and/or umbrellas are needed, rentals are available through local vendors, search online. * A single-car parking permit can be found in the unit. Please fill in any missing details on the parking permit and leave it in your car to prevent towing. While the parking lot is first-come, first-served, there is plenty of space to find * Isle of Palms County Park with lifeguards and a playground right next door. * Relax and rejuvenate in this idyllic vacation with a private pool (non-heated) exclusive to Sea Cabin guests. * Golf carts NOT permitted due to limited parking * A fishing license is required if fishing off the pier. * The Windjammer right next door has beach cams available online here: http://the-windjammer.com/ the-windjammer.com * The Isle of Palms and Mount Pleasant are two of the Top 10 safest cities in SC!. A beautiful condo with everything you need tucked in a cozy, convenient floor plan. Great location right in the middle of everything on Isle of Palms with easy walkability to restaurants and bars. The pool was lovely and the beach access was just a few steps away. Great condo and we loved our stay!!
Area was very good. Condition of the property was excellent. The problem was support - all interaction with the owner/property management group was through an AI which was not particularly responsive. This was a major inconvenience when the smoke alarm went off when we were asleep.
The property was nice. It was what you would expect from a beachfront condo. The only slightly negative thing I could point out was the fact that it lists four beds (one in the bedroom, a sofa bed, and two bunk beds) without any disclaimer I noticed on the listing. However, the house rules and future comminications after booking suggest that no adult should use the top bunk bed. That info should be included in the listing.

Communication with host was easy and very thorough; no surprises. Interior of unit was nicely decorated; and although not large it was more than sufficient for our two night stay. Proximity to the beach was great; just a very short walk and you were there. Did not get to enjoy the pool due to the weather being cool but it was right across the parking lot and we could have been there within a couple minutes. If we would opt to visit Isle of Palms again in the future, this unit would be a serious consideration since it met our needs. Thanks to the host.
Misleading description: says washer dryer in section of unit description. I rented this space because of that. Turns out to be a coin laundry across the parking lot.
