A Breezy Cottage is a very short walk to the charming beaches of Rockport, MA. It comfortably sleeps up to 7 people including a twin over double bunk bed, a queen sized master bed and a pop up trundle bed in sun room. In a tucked away corner, this home gives its guests privacy from their neighbors with its foliage of Peach Trees and flowering plants. A garden surrounds the back patio and outdoor shower. In its prime location, guests are a short walking distance to scenic downtown Rockport. Rockport's main attraction, Bearskin Neck, is filled with restaurants, art galleries, tourist shops and much more. Guests can find activities such as kayaking to the Twin Lighthouses to sharing a stuffed clam from Roy Moore Lobster Co. The Shalin Liu Performance Center is the newest addition to our quaint town and brings in musical artists such as Paula Cole, Judy Collins and string performances by John Jorgensen Quintet.

Summer 2012 was the first season for A Breezy Cottage and it was a huge success! Join some of our returning guests in making this vacation home your new summer tradition! Once you are here, we are certain you will join us for many years to come!

We loved our stay at this clean, comfy cottage in the heart of Rockport! We walked everywhere and enjoyed breakfasts, lunches, and dinners all around this special town. Everything we needed was right there for us, and during our chat with our hosts, we could tell they are wonderful people. They were so helpful with local restaurant recommendations and made sure we were completely settled in. A highlight of our weekend was exploring Halibut Point State Park and attending The Sam Grisman Project concert at the Shalin Liu Performance Center after a lovely dinner in town. We can’t wait to come back again!

Perfect location in the idyllic town of Rockport. All rooms were very nice and all modern amenities. Walking distance to everything. Beach at the end of the street and larger one right down road. Love spending time in Bearskin Neck and had great meals at My Place by the Sea (call at 12pm for same day reservations) and The Fish Shack. Loved the view at The Hideway for great cocktails and charcuterie. Highly recommend short trips to Hammond Castle and Crane Hill estate nearby..

Cute, spacious cottage in a prime location in Rockport. We enjoyed a five minUte walk to a sandy swimming beach and a five minute walk into the heart of the village of Rockport. Thank u so much to Elizabeth for being such a great host.

Lovely getaway

Thanks so much for hosting our group, we had a fantastic time in this darling cottage. We loved how walkable the area was, the ocean views, the porch swing, and the cozy kitchen.

The cottage is tucked away on a quiet lane yet close to everything — lovely walks nearby, Bearskin Neck a little farther. It is well set up for a family with kids. The kitchen is well equipped, cottage immaculate, parking for our 1 small car easy. The only negative for us, as seniors who weren’t outside all day, was that the living area with sofas and coffee table was quite dark. (We were there in late September, and this probably wouldn’t be an issue during the summer months.)

A very enjoyable stay!

We had a wonderful time in Rockport. The cottage is very well laid out. Lots of thoughtful touches like beach supplies. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Everything you could want is within walking distance. Front Beach is a sand beach and is very nice for sunbathing and swimming. A short drive to Halibut Point State Park which is beautiful. Do not miss Hammond Castle Museum. So beautiful and interesting. Lovely cottage and area.

Lovely stay at the breezy cottage!

We had an amazing stay at the breezy cottage! We loved everything about this place. The location was terrific, in walking distance to the beach and town! The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We enjoyed the firepit one night and lounged in the porch swing in the morning.We hope to come here soon!

Perfect getaway with plenty to do

The cottage is clean and comfortable, perfect for our medium family group (we had 6 people stay here). The location couldn’t be better. It’s set back away from the beach but easily walkable to the ocean. We walked to the completely empty beach on our second night and enjoyed the amazing sights and sounds of the beach at night

Cozy and Clean!

My wife and I stayed at Breezy Cottage while attending an art event in Rockport. We found Liz's home to be very charming, clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. The home is located on a quiet dead-end street with off the street parking within an easy walk to town. We will definitely return and would highly recommend "Breezy Cottage."

Perfect Week away!

Liz and Tim were the best hosts and the cottage was perfect for a much needed getaway! We were able to use our SUP boards right at the end of the road, drive to beautiful Good Harbor Beach and eat dinner at night under the lights. We can’t say enough about this property!!

The Breezy Cottage was so lovely! Liz was great at communicating and very responsive. The cottage was clean, decorated so cute but minimal, perfect for our trip of parents/grandparents/toddler/infant. Multiple seating options outside w grilling area fire pitsunning chairporch bed2outdoor dining. Washer/dryer in basement were in great condition/no funky smells. Bathroom was neat small and functional. You can see the sea from the kitchen. You're at the end of a cul de sac and the other end is ocean. And a gazebo that has concerts on the weekends in summer that sadly we missed coming in october but it was beautiful in its own fall way. Easy walking distance to bearskin neck. Everything you could want in an seaside cottage. Parking is def 2 vehicles max, our van took up most of the driveway but it's a flat driveway not on a hill. There was a pack n play in the closet, board games and train set in the sun room, everything you need in the kitchen, beach seats plus buckets and wagon in the basement. Loved loved this place!

Cozy Cottage

The cottage was awesome! We were literally a block from the beach. The owners were close by if we needed anything. Very best part was the convince of the train station in town. You could take train all the way to Boston. Would definitely recommend!

Weekend get-away

We loved our stay in this beautiful cottage. It’s thoughtfully set up and near everything we needed. Parked in the driveway and walked everywhere. Communication was great - Liz was super responsive (and we were stuck in traffic going up and got in about one hour later than planned). Would definitely stay there again! Thank you for everything!
