Hot and Cold

There were several ways in which we were disappointed with this VRBO; however the biggest one was the fact that in order for the upstairs bedroom to be warm the main level primary bedroom (king bed) had to be so hot it was uninhabitable. There were missing fixtures off of the wall in the bathroom, a broken closet, a missing fire detector, and the ceiling fan in the upstairs bunk room is far too close to the top bunk. I would NOT recommend for a family stay for many more reasons. The pictures are far nicer than the property eludes to. For what we paid per night, we were very disappointed.

Excellent Experience

This was the perfect place to stay for my three adult sons and me -- everyone had a separate bed; the kitchen is fantastic; and Alex is a responsive and helpful host. This is one of the best experiences that we have had. I have family in Cincinnati, and we have stayed in two other places in town-- this is by far the best. It is 10-15 minutes to downtown. As others have mentioned, this would not be a place for someone who has difficulty on stairs. We will definitely be back!

Cute and very clean but not a great experience

Overall , the place was super cute and clean ! There were quite a few issues though. Every toilet paper holder as well as towel holder was falling off the walls. It was also a chilly weekend and there was no heat :( The property host did try to do everything he could to help us. Overall great location though and super clean !

1st floor bedroom #1 will have a king size bed and separate full bathroom located in the living room with a walk in shower. 2nd floor in room #2 there is a queen size bed with private access to a full bathroom W/tub. Across the hallway you will find bedroom #3 with a double queen bunk bed. All rooms will be equipped with all white cotton sheets and a memory foam matters for you to be relaxed and energized for the festivities ahead.

A 55 inch TV will be located in the living room for your entertainment. Coffee and creamer will be supplied by us along with all kitchen utensils you would need to make a amazing home cooked meal. If cooking is not your strong suite don't worry you are located in a amazing area and walking distances to great restaurants, bars and coffee shops

location location location being 10 mins from downtown Cincinnati in a safe neighborhood where walking to your local coffee shop 3 mins down the street is a must. If coffee is not your speed we are conveniently located right next to some great restaurants and bars
