Charming home with a great yard

Family Easter

We had a wonderful Easter weekend in Cincinnati! The house was perfect for us and we were able to bring our dog because the yard is fenced. Beautiful and spacious. We will definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

This is the second time we have stayed in this house. We have family in Cincinnati and this place has truly become our "Home away from home." Although this historic house has all the charm of days gone by, like fireplaces in every room, it still boasts every modern amenity. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful and provide everything you need to have a wonderful stay. Thank you, David, for sharing your lovely home with us once again. We hope to return in the future.

I've used VRBO and other platforms for 15 years or more. As a guest I know what we all want to find depending on the group size, occasion, time of the year, and type of rental. Then as a Host I apply my knowledge and experience as a traveler and guest, and make it a very pleasant place and stay for my guests. In my 2 years as a Host of multiple properties in different platforms and after hosting hundreds of groups, I've only had two (2) complaints: one caused by my co-host (no longer with us), and the other one the guest's own fault as admitted by the platform.

This is a very centrally located place in the city. Up and coming neighborhood with charming old/historical homes mostly renovated with modern materials and amenities. Within minutes of the best and trendiest places in Cincinnati, and still affordable.
