This house is beautiful and exactly as pictured in the listing. It's in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful homes of the same vintage. We spent time walking around inside just admiring the woodwork an architecture. Plenty of room for four of us. It's walking distance from some cool eateries like Tellum Mexican restaurant that are worth trying. The proximity to the river front and all the things to do there is really nice and it's a 5 minute Uber to the Great American Ballpark. Would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location! Wonderful house and owners.

Super clean, very historic house beautifully restored and maintained. The location was so perfect for all the attractions in northern Kentucky and Cincinnati. We went to two Reds games, a Bengals practice, Aquarium, zoo, museums, and then came home to this splendid house every evening. We walked to restaurants for breakfast and dinner. We sat on the porch and watched fireworks from across the river! Highly recommend to anyone visiting this area!!

Nice home with lots of character in a great location

It worked out really well for our two families of four. It was close to everything you need while on vacation. The mattress in one of the bedrooms was a little uncomfortable, but other than that, we had no negatives.

Outstanding property, would highly recommend !

This is the second time that my family has stayed at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed it as much as the first time. The property is very clean, located close to downtown Cincinnati and has quick access to the interstate system which goes through and around the city. The home has all the amenities you need for a visit. The owner is great to work with and can customize the home to accommodate children of all ages. We plan to stay there again the next time we are in Cincinnati.

Loved this house!

We spent the month of Dec. at this location to be near family and it suited our needs perfectly. It is conveniently located off a major highway, across from downtown Cincinnati near several great restaurants. The house is larger than the description indicates because the 3rd floor is like one big dorm room. It was hard cooking in the small kitchen with its minimal counter space and cooking utensils but the beautiful woodwork and pristine condition of this charming old home more than made up for it.

Charming house in Bellevue, Kentucky

Our younger son and his fiancee graduated from UC Medical School one weekend and got married the following weekend in Cincinnati so we needed somewhere to stay with our elder son, his wife and 10 month old baby boy who travelled all the way from Moscow.....we flew in from the San Francisco. Staying in this lovely home was the perfect solution and the location could not have been better. We love 'downtown' Bellevue and highly recommend the Avenue Brew for delicious lattes and sandwiches and the Elusive Cow cafe for their eclectic menu. We spent many hours walking around while the baby slept in his stroller.....very easy access to Cincinnati and everything we needed to get to for the graduation ceremony and then the wedding. The house is delightful and has been remodeled beautifully. It felt spacious and comfortable with all the conveniences one needs particularly with a baby. Jan was very helpful before we arrived, answering all my email requests promptly and then as we were settling in we had more requests which were also answered and dealt with super promptly! Our younger son and his new wife are about to start their 5 year residencies in Detroit so we will not be returning to Cincinnati......which is a pity as we would happily return to Berry Avenue again!

Perfect Girls’ Weekend Getaway!

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful home in Bellevue for our girls’ weekend! Six best friends catching up, recharging, and making memories—it was exactly what we needed. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well stocked with everything we could have asked for.The location was ideal—an easy walk to the charming downtown Bellevue area with cute shops and restaurants, and just a short drive to downtown Cincinnati for even more to explore. Our host, Jane, was fantastic—quick to respond and super accommodating, even helping us with an early check-in so we could make the most of our weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home

This house was beautiful, had comfortable beds, and was well located. We were walking distance to so much. We ate at the Elusive Cow which was recommended by the owner and loved it! We were also able to cook a large meal in the kitchen. This place was perfect for our group of six adults.

Great Place to Stay Close to Cincinnati

For the second time, my husband's adult siblings and spouses stayed in the parsonage as we met "halfway" between Northern Ohio, Tennessee, and Virginia. As usual, Jane's place did not disappoint. The seven of us had plenty of space to sleep, enjoyed the dining room for cards, and the living room for morning coffee. The house is an easy walk to the bus stop (Tankus.org) which took us to Cincinnati where we enjoyed the Underground Railroad Museum (highly recommend), the casino, and OTR - all by using Cincinnati's free Connector train. We also took the bus to the Newport Hofbrau House one night for dinner. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Cincinnati area that is conveniently located, look no further than the parsonage!

Family trip to Cincinnati

This is a beautiful, well maintained historic home in a quiet residential area in KY just over the river from Cincinnati. Communication with host was easy— everything was organized and ready for our visit. Check in was trouble free and we were greeted with a modern kitchen with plenty of “the basics “— towels, trash bags, soap, food storage bags, etc that made it easy to use the kitchen and easy to clean up after ourselves. Spacious dining room made family meals easy to pull off. Bedrooms just beautiful and towels nicely placed on the beds for each person. Washer and dryer came in handy. Easy walk to historic sections of Bellevue and we even walked from the house all the way across the river to Ohio on the pedestrian bridge. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Girls Weekend

The house was so convenient to everything that we did in the Cincinnati area. We were able to walk easily to shops and restaurants from the house and it was easy to get in and out of the Cincinnati area in a car. It was great to stay in a house with a historic aspect. The only negative part of the house was actually the sleeping quarters in the upper floor/attic. The attic was so hot, even with AC, that no one could sleep in that room.

Lovely home away from home!

We enjoyed our stay! The owners were very quick to respond to our messages. The décor is lovely and thoughtful. We stayed in and cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was well equipped. TV has basic cable which owners might want to consider upgrading. The mattresses are another area where an update would be appreciated. Overall, we'd happily recommend this property.
