It is a beautiful century home. The owners did a wonderful job renovating while keeping the historical charm. There was only one issue we had and that is proximity to the railroad tracks. The trains ran all night squeaking loudly, even causing the house to shut her at times. We never had a problem parking, which was a plus. If you are not a light sleeper, we feel you are 100% love staying in this home!
Excellent communication with the host, the house was awesome!! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was great. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area. Highly recommend!!
We had the best stay! sweet home, perfect for a family with older kids. Driving distance from Cincinnati, Newport, and so much fun! Got to respite in the evenings. Loved it!!
My family had an amazing time. The property is beautiful inside; plenty of space for my wife, two kids, and mom and dad. It was a perfect location from the Ark and Creation Museum. Enjoyed our vacation, plenty of space to relax and hang out, and a nice park nearby for the kids to play. Thank you for a fantastic, Father’s Day weekend!
We were so pleased with the mattress! I have had two back surgeries and need a soft mattress and these were perfect. We loved the antique floors and trim. I had to wear earplugs because of the trains being so close but that's the only negative thing. Highly recommend this house.

The house on 10th street was exceptional. All the guests staying would rate it a 6+ stars (but we can only give it a 5 star). House was very clean and ready when we arrived. Beds were super-comfy after each day of walking and site-seeing. Air conditioning was great in 90 degree day weather. Jeremiah was an outstanding communicator and answered my questions immediately. The instructions to unlock and lock up were easy and fast to work. The closing instructions were well written out. We had a great time staying in Covington and visiting Cincinnati. I'll highly recommend for future stays.
Very nice house. Amenities excellent. Very clean. EZ check in and check out. Convenient location to Covington, Newport, and Cincinnati. Street parking was available right in front of the house. Questions answered quickly by Jeremiah. Would highly recommend for your next stay

This house was great, it was super clean, the kitchen was great, and the furniture was very nice. We were able to walk to the convention center in 15 min, with no need for an UBER.
The sheets on the bed are quite nice, hotel quality, we really enjoyed our stay. Also, the host is very prompt in replying to any messages. There are several restaurants walking distance.
Very clean and lots of room. Comfy bed/pillows. Plenty of clean towels/linens. Kitchen has most amenities but we brought our own Keurig. Great location. Close to the stadium and also shops and restaurants. Minor notes: All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, upstairs can get really warm, couch not the softest.

Thank you for your wonderful review, Wendy! We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay. You are welcome back any time!
This house was perfect for our weekend with friends. Everything was well appointed!! The beds were so comfortable with the finest linens. We loved the games in the basement. The house has so much character! Bonus was contacting sstikitours.com and touring the area on the Ohio River. Captain Kevin was the best, most knowlegeable tour guide. So many great restaurants and music venues centrally located to the house. One of the best rentals we have every stayed at - can't go wrong booking here.
Great except that we rented this property for the air hockey table and video game room and we’re unable to use it. The air hockey table had no pucs and the controls did not work on the game. The Grandboys we’re disappointed. Everything else was great.
The property was beautifully maintained and central to everything we wanted to do! We loved the history of the house and were amazed at the basement setup with the arcade and air hockey table. The owners were extremely quick to respond with questions or clarifications!
We had a great stay in the Covington/Cincy area. The home was just as described and was comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.
We enjoyed our stay very much! Extremely clean, great location and awesome amenities! House had great character. We would definitely stay again when in the area
Very comfortable beds and couches. Plenty of kitchen utensils and bathroom towels. Easy to walk to restaurants and over to Cincinnati.
Would be helpful to have known that there was road parking, though the upside, never a problem to find a spot right in front of house.
Would be helpful to know that both set of stairs are very steep.
