About this property

This is a freshly remodeled home that sleeps a total of 8 guests.

Our home is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. You’ll find a fully stacked kitchen, a spacious living area,
3 amazing spaces to lay your head. 2 queen beds and 1 king bed awaits you for your stay. Each room is decorated and thought of with YOU in mind. Each room has a smart tv so you can enjoy whatever it may be that your heart desires.

The house has 2 full baths- one off the hallway and one off the master bedroom. both equipped with a combo shower/ tub If soaking in a bubble bath is your thing. We also added the luxury of providing key essentials during your trip to help make things easier.

In the large yard we have a fire pit surrounded with string led lights built for making memories and a gas grill to help fill your appetite.

Our home comes with a W/D to help make checking out easy breezy and washing any garments that may need extra TLC during your trip.

Parking: The driveway on the front of the house provides plenty of space for two vehicles parked in a row.
Street parking is also available.

No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.

You will have access to this beautifully decorated home at your leisure. However, we do have a linen closet in the bathroom that acts as our owner's closet to provide you with the hospitality you aim to receive during your stay with us.

Pet fee is $25/night, but can vary depending on number of pets, breed, etc. (negotiable for longer stays). You are responsible for picking up after your pet while on the property and while in the neighborhood. Please BE RESPECTFUL.

No smoking in the home or on premise. We reserve the right to charge a smoking fee should there be evidence of this violation.

NO parties allowed on the premise. If you are in violation of this, you will be asked to leave the property, and pay a $1000 fine for the violation. We don't want to see blue lights as much you don't want to.... just don't do it!!

$25 penalty for losing remote

*Fire wood for the fire pit is not provided.
The propane tank for the gas grill is provided.

Quiet Hours: Charlotte has a 11pm noise ordinance that begins at that time. We love our neighborhood and community... we still want to be invited to things-- don't ruin it for us. Please be respectful of working neighbors with noise, language, music, pets, and children.

Lovely property!

The home was exactly as pictured. We enjoyed our stay and the fire pit in the backyard was a bonus. I definitely recommend, and the communication with the host was top tier!

Adorable and clean house

The property is absolutely adorable so clean. Stocked with everything. Big tvs in every room. Beds were fine, no aches. Everything you want in a house is here. Except the neighborhood. People were out all night long yelling, driving dirt bikes that back fire, speeding like on a race track. Parties going on every other house. Very uncomfortable and unfortunate.

Perfect home away from home

This home is beautiful. So many small touches to make you feel at home. Check in was easy and communication with the host was superior. Hosts accommodated us for a late checkout which really saved a lot of stress. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped . TVs in every room was a plus. And the yard was decorated to nice and cozy! Would definitely stay again!

Hidden Gem

This was a great little house for a few friends to hang while in town for various events. Pictures were accurate to reality. Kitchen appliances were very clean, new and modern. The area was quite except a neighbors’ dog barking randomly and for long lengths of time (I.e. early morning, late night). Very central to uptown/midtown area nightlife.

Cute 3BR at a good price

House was exactly as advertised. Cute, comfortable, and plenty of room for its size. Even better than advertised, it seemed very well cared for and had quality products and appliances for our use. The neighborhood was quiet, although a bit more info about it in the listing might be helpful. And please make sure anyone with a disability knows that they MUST have a car to make it up the steep driveway! All in all, a nice place. Thanks for having us!
