This was our first bnb experience and we're so glad we chose this location. The cabin was perfect, the location was beautiful, and our host was so kind. We would recommend this stay to anyone looking in this area.
Lovely cabin for 2 right on the river! We would love to go back for fishing and kayaking!

Would stay again, nice host, beautiful river view, really enjoyed the stay, enjoyed poking around in quaint town-especially Renys department store. Can’t wait to go back for a bonfire and kayak or canoeing, barbecuing on the porch grill. Sweet!

The cabin was charming, with everything we needed, and we enjoyed the views and the firepit!, plenty of firewood provided by host! Bedroom is actually an open loft upstairs which was fine for us, full size washer/dryer was a plus. Enjoyed our stay😍
We have stayed here before and always like it. Clean and comfortable. The host is a great & friendly guy. This is so close to town and to our family. We will stay again for sure!

Close to town for shopping and dining, not far from Bangor and Baxter State park for day trips. Cabin was cozy, clean and had all of the amenities. Great experience!
It was a beautiful location on the river. Very clean and quiet.

Beautiful location with a spotlessly clean cabin. The on-site caretaker was kind and helpful. The fishing was great with lots of bass caught! Location is close to stores and restaurants. Would strongly recommend this rustic cabin to anyone wanting a river front cabin stay.
The cabin is very clean and the host was wonderful. It is right on the river so we could pull up to the cabin instead of taking the boat out all the time. The grounds are well maintained and they had plenty of firewood and we had a nice fire at night. It is a great place to relax even if it rains they have a nice porch with padded couch and chairs. This is the second year we have been there and there will be more.
We came up to Lincoln maine to look at property and this cabin was the perfect place to stay for us. Right on the river and was super clean I and just perfect in every way. It was our shepherd's first time away from home and he loved it as well. Thank you so much!

It was a very nice cozy cabin. Very clean and has everything you need for your stay. The only negative thing was that the stairs to the lift were a little steep but I should have anticipated that with my age (mid 50's). Owner answered any questions we had

Property was in excellent condition and stocked with the necessities and then some. Beautiful quiet cabin.River fishing was great. The owner was easy to reach and accomidating. The caretakers were awesome too.Definately recommended this place.
Great location just outside of town. Property owner is super easy to contact and very kind. Very clean and calming place to stay. Nice back deck and picnic table by the river with plenty of room to roam in a wall kept lot.
As other reviews have mentioned, I can see the issue if you have trouble with steep stairs to the bedroom, but the design of a cabin is no reason to knock down a rating, If you need handicap accessible, look for something that says it’s handicap accessible.
THIS CAMP WAS PERFECT. BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS! THE OWNER WAS FANTASTIC! WE LOVED THE TOWN OF LINCOLN AND NEARBY AREAS AS WELL. HOPE TO BE BACK! THANKS FOR A GREAT WEEK!
The cabin was clean and well-stocked. Everything worked well, including the a/c, laundry and grill. The front porch was wonderful- even during the rain. It was so peaceful, despite a little road noise (which was not a surprise). The stairs were a bit steep up to the bedroom, and the water had a sulfur smell. We used bottled water for drinking. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Excellent cabin, very clean and cozy, we just wish we’d known about its proximity to the road.
Loved the beautiful view, the stunning place to stay. The cabin is very well cared for and immaculately clean. It’s stocked with all you’ll need besides food!
Our dog had a blast swimming and playing on the banks of the river and we enjoyed some great bass fishing as well. The only negative is that we weigh we’d known that it was close to a major road.
