Great location

A couple of things did not work but host did her best to fix given that it happened on weekend. AC in one of the rooms was not working but managed with other two ACs. WIFI was an issue as well. Host partially reimbursed us due to inconvenience. A lot of extras in apt such as food, seasonings , detergent etc that helped us a lot. Excellently furnished kitchen, had beach towels and chairs available. It shows a lot of care. Short walk to Blue Beach. Quiet neighborhood. Reasonable price. Parking on premises and very secure apt complex. Thanks for the stay.

Beautiful quaint condo

The condo is a quaint, well decorated condo. It is located in a nice area which is a block from the beach. It is very well secured and has a very nice roof top with a hot tub and hammocks & more! The owner (Angelique) is very nice & friendly and easy to get a hold of for any issues. I would definitely come back here and stay and will recommend this place to family & friends.

Decent place to stay in Luquillo

The property itself was decent with all the basics. The washer and drier were newer and large capacity, which was great. The check in and check out was also easy and the manager was friendly and helpful. It was close to the beach, several restaurants and eateries including the Luquillo kiosks. What was misleading was the hot tub on top floor of the complex. The top floor had a comfortable patio area to sit and relax, but the hot tub was not heated, so it was more like a wading pool. The condo complex is also decades old, so not super comfortable and quite dated. Overall it was adequate for our needs.
