35 min. from the (SJU) Airport. Excellent location close to golf courses, shopping, restaurants, Rain Forest, Carabali Adventure Park. 15 min drive to Ceiba to take Ferry or Plane to Vieques, Culebra. Close to Balneario Monserrate, and other beaches including Fajardo area. Our apartment is very comfy, fully furnished, master bedroom w/bathroom & TV. Breezy balcony while enjoying view Yunque, also the sunset. Living area w/DTV & Netflix. Internet. If you want to experience the Island life in the Caribbean, Just bring your personal things here we have the rest. Do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions.

Apartment was as advertised, clean, accessible, and ideally located. Balcony was great for breakfast and drying suits and towels. Side view of sea. Space worked great for parents and two adult children, one of whom uses a wheelchair.

Convenient to beach, nice sunsets

Walkable to a variety of shops and restaurants. Good views of sunsets off the balcony. Nice to have a pool and hot tub but hot tub wasn’t hot. Laundry in the apartment was great!

Vacation for my dad’s 78 yrs birthday, visiting the island!!!

It was a wonderful location, the amenities were a plus. We were close to everything, went to the Luquillo kioscos, Yunque, charco frío, san Juan, el morro and visited his school age friends and family… the place was great, very comfortable, I was so comfortable and felt secured, safe, and had no worries…

Great location

Apartment was spotless. The location was as good as it gets. It was a very short walk to the beach, and walkable distance to several cafes and restaurants with a great selection of food. Five of us had an excellent time living there for a week.

Location was great and we were close to the beaches,fast food ,grocery stores and gas station !! Hosts were very hospitable ! Home was immaculate !! Will definitely rent from these hosts again !!!

Family Get away

This place was perfect for our stay! Everyone had a bed to sleep in comfortably. There are two bathroom's with bathtubs/showers. The ac’s work perfectly fine. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. The location of this place is perfect from the beaches! The building even has a pool! The area is peaceful and it felt like home! The only downside is that we were expecting bunk beds from what we saw in the pictures and the place is being painted from the outside. But don’t let that stop you from staying at this beach getaway!

Nice location, apartment and host

I picked the location because it was close to the El Yunque National Forest, and the ocean. The host was nice and let me add a day to my stay at a fair price. I checked in very late so I was glad everything worked well. The only thing I should have brought that was not provided was washcloths. We walked around the neighborhood every day and found the neighbors to be nice. We walked to a place that rented us a kayak and a boogie board. The bed was comfortable, the wifi worked well. The building was about 15% full.

Birthday Vacation Celebration

I stayed at this location to celebrate my 60th birthday with my husband and kids. We had a great time, location is close to everything, such as supermarket, pharmacy, beach, restaurants and activities. Its just about 35 minutes from the airport (depending the time and day). The beach is about a 3 to 4 minute walk. The apartment complex is secured and the apartment was clean and spacious for us, they have the essentials of what you need to have a great time. The unit has AC in the rooms and main area, you step out to the balcony and they have a view on the right of the ocean and on the left of the mountains. We spent most of our time out and about enjoying the island. The host is very good and communicates in both English and Spanish. I will definitely return to PR and to this VRBO, if its available. Thank you again.

Comfy and cozy

Very convenient location! No hassles! Literally like a 4min walk to the beach! They had a cooler there which was awesome to take your drinks and snacks! Had plenty of cooking utensils and spices! Laundry available in unit! So you don’t have to worry about washing when you get back! Very comfortable beds! AC cools quickly! I have a toddler so I had to baby proof (move some decor around) but other than that! Very comfortable stay and decent area. Balcony is nice to hang out and enjoy some drinks! Heads up! There’s a gas station for your milk, eggs and juice and they always have good music bumping’! Right next to the building. Enjoy.

Everything was there at the property that was needed and even extras . I thought it was beach front beach front , but being it was our first time in Puerto Rico (grandmother, mother, my son (8) & myself , it helped us venture out . Step out of our comfort zone , & was only one street from the beach . Everything was excellent && I very much so appreciate the communication between myself and the host . I had trouble doing a few things and she’s would txt back reasonable fast and I was able to fix the things I had trouble with. Everyone at the dolphin tower and around the area were very friendly and because I’m English speaking but working hard to learn Spanish fluently everyone was really great !!

Perfect for our family of 4!

The property was just what we needed! Plenty of room for our family of 4! Amenities were great, beds were comfortable, water pressure in the showers was better than a lot of places we’ve stayed! We didn’t get a chance to use the pool because the beach was just a short walk away! Thank you for having a few beach chairs and a small cooler for us to use!

The location was 35 minutes from San Juan airport, food and beach was 5 minutes from property, owner was very accessible and property was very clean. Rent a car because the Uber and taxi service is sketchy.

Amazing Family Trip

1st trip since the pandemic with family, had an amazing time. This Home away from home was very nice not to mention great people and atmosphere. The beach is literally 5 min’s away. Walmart and a couple of great eatery places. You lack for nothing. Then the Host communicated and was just great people to rent from. Ildaly made sure we had an amazing time. I give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super clean and secure

Secure and gated property. Spotless clean. Loved the 2 bathrooms for 2 of us. I couldn’t get master shower to work but just used the other. It was a little loud from cars parked at close by lot blaring music. Not the owners fault.

Perfect independence weekend

Loved the location. The complex has a pool, the beach is walking distance and it is beautiful. Many places and restaurants near. The apartment has anything you need to have an excellent tropical weekend, very clean, and looks the same that the pictures.
