Relax and unwind in our spacious apartment with stunning ocean and marina views. Enjoy 3 refreshing pools, fitness room, tennis court, and basketball court all within our gorgeous gated community. We are close to local attractions, beaches, and restaurants.

The space:
Family friendly 3 bedroom apartment with 6 beds that accommodates 8 people max. Playpen and highchair available for your convenience. Wifi access. Large flat screen TV in the living room with Sonos wifi speaker, Apple TV with various streaming apps. TV in all three bedrooms also with Apple TV. Air conditioners throughout in each room. Lovely beach vibe decor that sets the tone for a relaxing stay.

Guest access:
Linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels, Dish soap, hand soap and laundry detergent provided. Washer and dryer for your convenience. Dishwasher

Interaction with guests:
I am available 24/7 to assist you in making your stay a memorable one. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Check-in/out time is flexible depending on availability. Please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate you.

The neighborhood:
This neighborhood is surrounded by various attractions. We are located across from Villa Marina and Puerto Chico marina which offer a variety of tours and trips, boat rentals, jet ski rentals, etc. We are also close to the ferry that goes to Culebra and Vieques. Seven Seas Beach is a 5 min drive down the same road as the complex (Carr 987). Las Croabas is a 10 min drive which is where you will find the bio bay tours as well as kayaking and water taxis to Palomino and Icacos island. Luquillo beach and the famous kioskos are only a 15 min drive. El Yunque Rain Forest is also close by and is a 20 min drive. There are a bunch of great restaurants close by. Feel free to reach out for specific recommendations.
Close by you will also find supermarkets, drug stores, walmart, gas stations, etc.

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation staying here. The location was perfect with beautiful views and easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We would definitely love to come back and recommend friends to stay here.

Beautiful stay. Loved the warm outdoor infinity pool and balcony view. Very clean and comfortable stay. Well stocked kitchen. Big bedrooms. Host was very receptive to an issue with shower. Wish the hammock was more comfortable, but space was too small so kinda folded up. Easy access to the rain forest, nature preserve, and bioluminescent bay.

I wish we could give our stay at least 10 stars!! Elizabeth was amazing from before we even booked the stay through well after or stay there. Her communication is top-notch. I loved that she gave recommendations for everything we wanted to do while we were there. So helpful. The property itself is exactly as depicted and is fabulous! I think anything you could possibly want or need can be found in this condo. The location is great, very central to anything you want to do on the east end of the island. We will definitely stay here again anytime we are in the area!! Don’t miss out on this gem!!

Amazing vacation experience

#1 the host was amazing! She had communication with me since before my check in and she was available and assisted me the entire stay and after. The home was clean and fresh I walked in and it felt just like home! Air conditioning in the living room was a plus as I’ve stayed in Peña Mar 6 other times and not many of the other villas have AC in the living room. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing especially while on the hammock relaxing ! Pots, pans, coffee maker , towels toys for kids you name it it was there! I hosted Will most definitely be booking our next PR trip at this location again!

7 days in paradise!

We'll be back! Had a blast in Fajardo and felt super safe the entire time on the gated property! Great communication with the property owner she was always quick to respond to any text questions we came up with very quickly. I'd highly recommend this property over any of the others. They had several of the amenities available that you don't think of packing and plenty of items for the beach area. One of the pools at the complex was drained so that was kind of a bummer but we honestly never even tried to go to the pools with the beautiful ocean so close! Maybe my only suggestion would be a list of local grocery stores and stuff to check out upon arrival. We went to Walmart, Pueblo, and Supermercados Econo Fajardo (all 3 left something to be desired especially the Walmart) all before we found a Ralphs close by. The Ralphs was more of what we we're used too at home so we were way happier shopping there. Honestly it was our fault for not asking because anytime we asked Liz was always quick with response. She gave us 3 restaurants to try all of which were impeccable! Please give this property a try we stayed with my wife and I and another couple and had plenty of room the entire time.

Absolutely amazing! From the great communication with the homeowner from the start, this condo really made our trip home away from home and took all vacation worries away. The unit was decorated beautifully, and included all the little extras that mattered from beach buckets and toys to a washer/dryer. Soft towels, cozy linens, comfy beds, spacious, stunning views, great location, the list is endless! What mattered most, however, is how safe we felt on the complex while traveling with children. Everyone we met was welcoming and respectful. Great pools! Although it felt to be a quieter complex, there were many things offered for all ages. This condo would well suit a couple nights stay to several weeks. We only stayed for 4 nights, but we will definately be returning again as soon as possible!

The condo was so nicely decorated and very clean. It had everything we needed! We will stay here again. The location is awesome if you plan to go on any of the ocean snorkeling trips, the boats all depart from the marina across the street. The pool is one building over which is also really convenient.
