3 bdrm luxury condo, with amazing ocean and marina views. Furnished with a king, a queen and 2 bunk beds, AC and TVs in all rooms. Fully equipped kitchen w/many amenities. Great for family or couples get away! 3 pools, gym, basketball & tennis courts on site. Beach towels, chairs and cooler provided. Walk to the marina, restaurants and minutes drive to 7 Seas beach. About 20 min drive to El Yunque and the ferry to Vieques & Culebra. Property manager bilingual. Airport pick available -addtl.

The rooms are spacious and fully furnished with all of the comforts of home. The property is secure allowing only listed guests. Please no pets.

Parking on the premises is included - spots number 47 & 48 in front of the building. Lock box on the premises and/or the property manager will greet you upon your arrival.

Airport pick-up/drop-off can be arranged if needed. We are also connected to boat charter and other water sport activity. Inquire within.

The condo was great, it is quite large with lots of room for the four of us and fully equipped with everything we needed. The property manager, Joel, was amazing and went above and beyond to look after us!
