This is a five bedroom beach house 0.1 miles from Goose Rocks Beach. The first floor has an open living area with a new kitchen, dining area, living room with fireplace, guest bedroom , full bathroom and, laundry room. The second floor has four bedrooms, a deck off the master bedroom, and a full bathroom. There is a gas grill, a shed and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a screened porch and a large deck to relax on.
Take a leisurely walk to the white sandy beach of Goose Rocks Beach (0.1 miles) where you can sunbathe, search for shells, or build a sand castle. This beach is 1.5 miles long and spectacular! There is also information in the house on how to rent a kayak or paddle board to use on the beach.
The beach offers an Inn with bar and dining open to the public, a General Store, and a Community House with activities for children and adults. The town of Kennebunkport (6 miles) boasts quaint shops, galleries, sea side dining, and Maine's famous Clam Shack. Golf and antiquing are nearby

Third Great Year at GRB!!

I have the same review every year because of our great attentive host, perfect location, a shed full of all our beach needs (even bikes and beach chairs), grill ready with back up propain tank and of course, the most beautiful beach ever just a 5-10 minute down the road. You won't be disapointed!! Megan

Second great year at GRB!

This property and the hosts are amazing! Quick walk or bike ride to beach; house had everything we needed (laundry, cooking pots and utensils, grill, deck, large yard, bikes, chairs, games, beach toys, buckets, life jackets, screened in porch, multiple bathrooms and more). The hosts are so easy to communicate with. You can hear the ocean from some of the bedrooms and from the yard and deck. I've already asked if I can reserve a week or two for next year. You really can't go wrong here, Lot's of room and all one needs for a great vacation. And GRB is the most beautiful beach! Already excited for next year.

Everything I expected and more!

The house was even larger than it looked in the pictures! It was spotless upon arrival. There were multiple decks (one screened in) and space for lounging inside and out. We had everything we needed for cooking, grilling, serving etc. There were games, books, kids bikes, beach chairs, fishing poles and more. The walk to the beach was short even with young kids. Our host made check in a breeze and there was no confusion/issues about anything. I've already asked if I can come back next year!

Family fun!

The house is spacious, clean, comfortable and located in a peaceful setting. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious with a large deck and table that seats 10 comfortably. We took a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach and rode our bikes along the main beach rode from one end of the beach to the other. The kids loved the freedom to ride their bikes by themselves to the general store and exploring Timber Island at low tide. Kennebunkport center is six miles from Goose Rocks Beach and has great restaurants and good shopping.
