The master bedroom has a queen bed, a private deck and unequaled panoramic views. The second bedroom which sleeps 4 with a queen bed and twin bunk beds has views of the ocean. The 3rd floor suite with a queen bed and en suite 1/2 bath is a cozy get away with amazing unobstructed views.

The house has cable television, wifi and parking for 4+ cars. Board games, puzzles, and beach chairs are available for tenant use. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water.

Take a few short steps out your front door and down your private stairs to fabulous Goose Rocks Beach. With nearly 3 miles of sandy beach, there is something to do for everyone! Walk to the rocky islands in front of the house at low tide, wade in and find interesting sea life in the warm tidal pools at mid tide and swim in the waves at high tide. When the day is done fall asleep to the sounds of the waves and awake to the morning sun glistening off the ocean.

Relax and enjoy a cool drink in the oversized deck chairs while cooking lobsters in the fully equipped kitchen or steaks on the grill. Dine on the deck at sunset. Walk the beach to the General Store or visit nearby Cape Porpoise and Kennebunkport for excellent dining, great shopping or an offshore adventure. Then return to your private beach retreat.
