Two charming, comfortable cottages which can rent separately or together. Unit B has 3 bedrooms, a den, and 1 1/2 baths (sleeps 8). Two bedrooms have one queen bed and one bedroom has two bunk beds. There are two parking spots for Unit B. ( Unit C has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, sleeps 4, go to listing #1206824 to rent). Both units have open floor plans, with kitchen, living room, and dining room. They both are sunny and bright with high cathedral ceilings and skylights, and decks with ocean views. They are charmingly decorated with summer colors and unique details. These cottages are part of a 3 unit building. The front unit, facing Kings Highway, is owner occupied. The 2 rental cottages are on the Edgewood Avenue side of the building. The location of these units is outstanding. You are directly across the street from the beach! Rates reflect Unit B (3 bedroom). For information about Unit C go to listing #1206824 or contact owner. Our family has been coming to Goose Rocks Beach for the past 40 years. We love this community and beach.

Why they chose this property

The two cottages are directly behind our house. This historic 1905 property was once a General Store. We have updated the entire property and divided it into three separate units. We live in the one in the front and rent the other two.
