This bright and comfortable house is newly listed and well maintained with new updates throughout and all new furnishings. The perfect getaway with family or friends to the coast. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck listening to the birds and summer sounds. A short stroll to many amazing restaurants (both fine and family friendly dining) or grab your groceries nearby and use the fully setup kitchen, including stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, keurig coffee maker and lobster pot! Walk, bike or drive to Dock Square (0.7 miles) or continue to the beach (1.75 miles) with sidewalks the entire way (guest beach parking passes available).

Outside - Deck and large outdoor space with patio set, wiffle bat and balls, basketball, soccer ball, volley ball, beach parking pass, grill

This place was perfect for a winter weekend getaway, close enough to walk to town, but cozy enough to spend a full day inside. Also loved how spread out the downstairs was, only wish it had been warmer to enjoy the deck and yard!

Great property close to Dock Square!

We had a great stay for a family vacation with our kids (ranging 2-6). We decide to stay in Kennebunkport after having previously stayed in Ogunquit and made a day trip up to KPT. The deck was perfect for breakfast in the morning (the weather cooperated), for lunch after a morning at the beach, and for my wife and I to relax on at night after the kids were in bed. The house had plenty of room for the kids to play in when we didn’t make the short walk down to Dock Square or the short drive down to the Kennebunkport beaches. There was plenty of sleeping space/rooms for everyone and everything was very clean. Definitely recommended!

Perfect family vacation!

I rented this great rental not far from Main Street Kennebunkport and Dock Square. It was for myself and family ( Boston area )and my sister and family (California), including 2 four year olds! It was clean and comfortable with a nice big table for all of us to have meals together! The house had an old charm with updated bathrooms and comfy beds! Also, a deck for hanging out and some grounds to run around safely, We walked into Dock Square and used the beach parking permit for Goose Rocks Beach and Goochs Beach. Further south, we found a great playground on the beach at Lords Point! Great time for all! Thank you! Host was communicative and very welcoming!
