The Boatyard is a unique boutique condominium located in a turn of the century old boatyard building. Lovingly restored with only 6 units, this serene location is steps from the historic village of Kennebunkport. No car needed as you are within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach.

As you sit with your morning coffee out on the veranda and watch as the town awakens, the peacefulness of the area will captivate you. Bikers and joggers can be seen as they start their day. Enjoy a quite paddle with your canoe or kayak that you can launch right outside your door from our private dock. Your choice of golf courses is just minutes away.

After a full day of activities, relax on the deck with a drink with your loved one while watching the changing tides and the lights come on across the water. Dine in or choose from a wide variety of fabulous restaurants.

Wonderful KPT retreat

Sharon’s property is cozy, charming, exceptionally clean, with a spectacular view. A perfect location and just the right size for two adults and one child. We will definitely be back, thank you!

Kennebunkport trip

First stay in Kennebunkport and this was a great place to stay! Everything is within walking distance which made the location prime. The place is decorated nicely and has anything you need for your stay. We sat on the outside deck for morning coffee and evening chats. Mornings in Paris was great for breakfast each morning. We had great conversations with the manager John each morning. Will definitely look to stay here again!

Perfect Spot

The deck was our favorite spot for morning coffee, evening wine, or just watching the town! The location is great! Walking to all the downtown locations was an easy walk and so was walking to the beach if you wanted to! The beach parking pass was a great bonus! Everything was very clean and comfortable! Our host was so responsive to any inquiries I had. Great place to stay!!!

Great location, great apartment

We had a great time at this apartment. The kitchen is excellently stocked with pots, pans, silverware, drinking glasses, etc. Walking to downtown Kennebunkport is quick and easy. The view and breeze on the covered deck are wonderful. The twin beds were comfortable, and our 4 year old daughter slept very well in her bed. Everything was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!

Our 2023 return to KPT

We have stayed at this location and this apartment on many occasions. It is perfectly located , very well equipped with a great view across the river to downtown KPT . Wonderful sunrises. The owner Sharon is very responsive and pleasant to deal with.

Kennebunk Condo

The Boatyard is as advertised. The location is ideal. No car is needed; we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Sitting on the deck watching the sun rise over Kennebunkport was wonderful. Would definitely stay at the Boatyard condo again.

Great Rental!

Well appointed rental just steps to the heart of Kennebunkport shopping and restaurants. Excellent covered balcony overlooking the scenic tidal river and Kennebunkport. Heat and A/C. Kitchen has everything you need. 3rd year renting this unit. Excellent.

GREAT LOCATION AND WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS

Loved this cozy condo and the location cannot be beat. Sitting on the deck we enjoyed hearing live music while watching all the people buzzing around the shops and restaurants. Loved watching the water. Was amazed by the tide pool. This place was very clean and tidy which is appreciated. It was fully stocked with plenty of towels, etc. Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven with us. Maine is absolutely beautiful, and the people are so kind!!! I got to check this off my bucket list but I want to come back. Such a beautiful state. Relaxing and refreshing! Whale watching was unreal, and I highly recommend visitors take in that activity.

Great time in Kennebunk

Like many of the other reviews, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place was immaculate and the layout was great for us. We grilled almost every night on the Weber Spirit grill which worked well for us. We walked the beaches in the morning, kayaked, and did the Intown Trolley tour without needing to drive as everything was walkable from the condo. The same is true for all of the restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etcetera. I highly recommend staying here.

Great Break

The condo and the area were perfect for getting away from the chaos of life. We enjoyed the area very much. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. The owner was very prompt with any questions and very easy to access. We live a long way from this area but we would definitely come back and honestly think we might could live in Costal Maine (at least for most of the year).

October in Kennebunk

We just spent a very relaxing two weeks at this home which overlooks the Kennebunk River and downtown Kennebunkport. This is a very well kept and clean home, had plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. Sharon was very easy to deal with. All in all, we would highly recommend this property without reservation.

Glorious waterfront condo

Owner Sharon is a pleasure to work with. Condo is in Kennebunk River with great views of Kennebunkport, busy geese and gulls, and weekend traffic jams in the distance as we sip cocktails or coffee on the deck. Very comfortable, well appointment unit. Great neighbors and a short walk to many restaurants, coffee shops, and a great hardware store.

Great Stay

A perfect spot for two adults looking for a getaway. Seating in living room might be a bit tight for more than 3 adults, but couches were wonderfully comfy for just the two of us. FULLY stocked kitchen, so much more available than I used, being on vacation. Plenty of space for dining at the table or the peninsula. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well appointed. Plenty of towels and amenities. Definitely looking to re-book at a future date!!
