This spacious one bedroom one bath Condominium boasts hardwood floors throughout with cathedral ceilings and large beautiful windows offering water views from every room. The unit is brand new and elegantly decorated with upscale appointments and amenities all just steps away from downtown Kennebunkport and just a half mile from Kennebunk’s largest Beach.

Combining a sense of style and space this home away from home has everything you will need for a memorable vacation in the heart of all that Kennebunkport has to offer.

This beautiful one bedroom unit sleeps up to four adults featuring a master bedroom with a king size bed and a separate living room with a queen size sleep sofa allowing for up to 4 guests. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a 42 inch flat screen smart TV.

This Condominium has a fully stocked kitchen with custom cabinets and granite countertops and a granite island. The living room features cathedral ceilings and a 50 inch flat screen smart TV and a gas fireplace.

The unit has a large master bath with a custom vanity featuring granite countertops and twin sinks. The Bathroom features a luxurious shower with custom bench seat, and a washer and dryer. The unit is furnished with our luxury collection bedding and linens featuring Egyptian cotton and feather pillows.

The unit has a modern central heat and air conditioning system and ceiling fans in all rooms. This unit has a private deck with great views of the water and downtown Kennebunkport.

This property is located in the epicenter of lower village and downtown Kennebunkport, within walking distance of area shops and restaurants and a short walk to Kennebunk Beach. The Trolley stops across the street providing accessibility to area attractions, and beaches from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit.

Brian and Caroline were fantastic hosts. Excellent communication, easy check in and out, and the property was exactly as described. The apt is in the perfect spot to park the car and walk the area. I would definitely recommend this listing as it’s perfect for a couple. Would definitely stay again!

I would not hesitate to stay here again. My wife and I had a wonderful time. I can’t imagine a better location. You can walk to 90% of the restaurants and 90% of the shops. The views on the balcony are great, the unit was neat, clean and well stocked. Outstanding value for the area.

Perfect location right in the center of things. All you have to do is walk right across the bridge to be in the heart of Kennebunkport with all the shops and restaurants. Also everything you need and groceries a couple minutes away by foot as well as other restaurants and galleries. I highly recommend going to the beach at Kennebunk as it’s only a couple miles away and beautiful scenery for a walk. You do need transportation if you want to see the area. No Taxis or Ubers easily accessible. We rented a golf cart, which was a wonderful solution. Great stay!

This condo is wonderful, we highly recommend! The upper deck overlooks the water where you can see tidal fluctuations that create a bird sanctuary. Short walk to all kinds of restaurants and shops, nice kitchen and lovely soaker tub. Thanks for the great stay!

Perfect Location

We loved the location accessing all the shops and restaurants in Kennebunk Port with off street parking. It was nice to have a convenient place to go and reset during the day. The condo was beautiful and roomy. We loved the view from the balcony and the main living area over looking the marsh. Both the large bathroom and bedroom were very comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful and comfortable with beauty view of the river. Great location, we walked almost everywhere. Highly recommend! We would also recommend whale watching tour with New England Exo adventure tours. Delicious meals at Mabel's Lobster Claw, The Lost Fire, Arundel Wharf and The Ckam Shack. They are all nestled right here in Kennebunkport.

The unit is new, clean and convenient as advertised, although sleeping four people is probably a stretch unless two are children. The entry stairs can be a bit steep for the elderly. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location

The space worked great for us. There are a few stairs up to the unit, so if you pack like I do, hauling luggage can be a challenge. The location, however, really outweighed those issues. Nice to have a bit of outside space to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Steps to so many fun locations. We really loved our time in Kennebunkport.

Luxury property-Excellent Service

This property offers everything you need to enjoy your next vacation in Kennebunkport. Not only was the property exactly as listed but the owners were on site and extremely hospitable. I highly recommend this place because of all the amenities and convenient location in the village with a short distance walk, bike ride or drive to a world class beach! Comfortable bed and pullout couch, very clean, and offered all the comforts of home! We used the kitchen and laundry daily and enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning. It is also very quiet despite being in the center of town. We will stay here again!

Best location!

We have been staying in Kennebunkport for every year for n July for 15 plus years. Our favorite place to stay is no longer - the owners retired. We had been looking for the last 4 years for a new “favorite place” to no avail - until this year! This rental was perfect for my husband & I! Could walk to all the shops & restaurants. When we wanted to go to Wells Beach it was only a 20 minute drive - 10 miles. Other than the beach trips we never had to use our car. Already booked for next year.

Amazing location.

This was a beautiful place inside and out with mostly good amenities. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi tub was ‘temporarily out of service’ but the sign saying that had cobwebs and dust on it so it definitely should have been communicated that it didn’t work, bc it was a consideration when I was looking at places at the time of booking. Definitely a disappointment. Other than that the stay was really awesome and the location couldn’t be better. Only other suggestions are to provide a recycling bin and a set of mixing bowls or something like that in the kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The property was purchased in 2010 and a new building was constructed in 2012. The property consists of two adjoining buildings which are home to our two retail clothing stores; Pink Tangerine, which is a Lilly Pulitzer Signature Store and Green Tangerine. The second floor of the building was completed in 2013 and houses a 1 Bedroom Condominium as well as a 2 Bedroom Condominium.
