Ocean View dog friendly Cottage 4-min to Kennebunkport
This spacious and delightful cottage was once the barn of this 1910 property. It was converted to a home in the 1960's and then fully remodeled in 2000 with wide pumpkin pine plank floors and an open post and beam ceiling, with a modern bathroom and kitchen. It features a second floor California King bedroom with ocean, marsh and river views, a cozy chair and ottoman for reading, and a desk workspace outside the bedroom if you need to check in while traveling. The bathroom is has a beautifully tiled glass door front shower. There is a charming living room with a comfy foldout couch, and large Smart TV. Guests can enjoy amenities like mini split AC, full kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, bikes for your use, and an outdoor patio with firepit, or adirondack chairs for hanging out with a glass of wine while you enjoy the sunset over the marsh, or brilliant stargazing. We look forward to welcoming you to our intimate ocean view cottage, minutes from Kennebunk beaches and Kennebunkport's Dock square.
