This bright and cozy cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation on the coast. Enjoy your morning coffee from a rocking chair on the farmers porch and watch the joggers and cyclists go by. The cottage is very well maintained and newly furnished - the bedroom features a plush king size bed, while the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room allows for 4 guests. A short stroll to many amazing restaurants (both fine and family friendly dining) - or grab your groceries nearby and use the fully setup kitchen, including stove/oven, microwave, keurig coffee maker and lobster pot! Walk, bike or drive to the beach (1.3 miles) with sidewalks the entire way (guest beach parking passes available).

Activities are endless...
- The Beach - sit in the sun or rent a board and take surf lesson
- The River - paddle the river on a kayak or stand-up paddle board
- The Fish - a private charter can put you on the best Striped Bass spots

This was the perfect place for my wife and I. Very convenient to Dock Square without dealing with all the traffic. The host was super responsive and accommodating when we needed to make some modifications to our booking. I'd definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to stay here again.

Adorable Cabin, Kennebunk Character

This was our first visit to Maine, and our cabin had all the Kennebunk vibes we expected. Immaculately clean, perfect for two…walkable to shops and restaurants and the whale watching tour boat. The cabin is on a road that gets busy during the day (you’ll hear cars whooshing by) but no noise to speak of during sleep time. Only one suggestion: a pump for the bike tires!

Charming Cottage

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage in a fantastic location. The home was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It was decorated with appropriate beach and nautical accessories, had a very comfy king sized bed and well-stocked kitchen. The chalkboard in the bathroom and guest book were cute touches. The location was also excellent. We really enjoyed walking to Dock Square and all of the shops nearby. It really is so close to everything but feels so quiet and secluded when tucked away in the cottage. Thank you for sharing your charming little slice of Maine with us!

Place was clean and practical. However they are in serious need of a dehumidifier. Musty smell and everything was damp- carpets, sheets, pillows, towels, toilet paper, etc….

Great spot close to shops

We had a great stay while visiting Kennebunkport area. The listing was just as described and was a great testing spot for me and my family. There was plenty of linens, cute basket of toys and climate control to help cut the humidity. While this place is no frills, it was clean, just as described and a good value. Thanks!

Comfortable Hideaway - Close to all

Communication with the owner was always smooth and check-in was easy. Place was neat and clean. It was initially stuffy as the weather was very hot and humid, but the air conditioner did a fine job at resolving that. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was tight, but functional and clean. The kitchen was likewise very tight, but neat and had what we needed. Wouldn’t plan to host a big meal from the kitchen, but this is not really the place for that. Perfect size for a couple. Someone could sleep in the sitting area - but since the only bathroom is off the kitchen you’d be going back and forth through that area. It is an reasonable walk to beaches, restaurants, and nearby sights. But those looking for a place right on the beach won’t find that here. Overall we really liked the place and would stay there again.

Cute Cottage, Perfect Location

This little cottage was perfect for a 2 night stay in Kennebunkport. The location is perfect - a nice stroll down the road from Dock Square. The place itself is no frills but very comfortable and cozy for me and my husband. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again. Host were helpful and responsive.

This cottage was great for our long weekend in Maine. Everything was as described. Check-in and check-out was very simple. The bed was so comfortable, and we were close by to the Kennebunks.

Convenient cottage and location

It was just myself and my 12 and 14 yo boys; the cottage had everything we needed and was well kept and clean. It is a busy road but within walking distance from coffee, and restaurants and downtown and a two minute drive to the beautiful beach.

Great location for visiting Kennebunkport!

Family of five had a great vacation at this cottage. It was perfect for us between having a kitchen which made things easy with kids and they provided a few games. The location was great to be able to walk into Kennebunkport. It was also a nice touch they included a pass to park at one of the local beaches and beach chairs. We would definitely stay here again.
