About this property

Walk To Kennebunkport Village & Enjoy Quiet & Waterfront

With frontage on the water, our home is 2,500 sq. feet with 4 bedrooms sleeping 10, 2 full baths and 2 1/2 baths. Open concept living room and kitchen overlooks the cove at Dock Square Kennebunkport. You can walk to all the restaurants and shops. Kennebunk Beach is a bike ride away (1 mile).

Drive down the dirt driveway to our secluded 1-acre yard on the water with a dock. The deck awaits you for early morning coffee. Later in the day, pull up a chair on the screen porch for an evening of games with your family. Bring your kayak or you can use ours.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT GOOGLE MAPS.

Our old address was 160 Port Road which was a dirt driveway shared by 3 homes. The town renamed it to Cattail Path which is not in Google Earth yet. If you use Google Earth for the location you will see a house that is at the end of our dirt driveway. That is not our house, we are behind it. Please see the google-map.pdf we have uploaded on this site to get a better view of our location.

This home is one of the nicest we have stayed in. Everything was clean and properly stocked. The walk to Kennebunkport and the square is 10-15 minutes. Martha’s house is beautiful, and you can’t beat the location! It’s a short walk from the bustling shops and restaurants in Kennebunk, while surprisingly quiet and serene at the house. The kids enjoyed visiting the crabs in the estuary daily and we enjoyed how wonderfully well-stocked the home was. You can tell that Martha actually stays at the home as she has thought of all the things you might need. This is a rare and wonderful find!

Absolutely beautiful home and outdoor spaces. I brought my adult children and their friends for our first visit to the Kennebunkport area. All the bedrooms and bathrooms worked out perfectly for our needs. Everything we needed and more was provided to make this property one of our favorites. From the gorgeous sunrise in the mornings, the relaxing seating area by the water to the short walks into town our stay was perfect. Martha was an excellent host and very responsive. We can't say enough great things about this home! The location is perfect for walking to everything in downtown Kennebunkport. Why they chose this property

This is a rare location, 1 acre of privacy, on the tidal basin and still walking distance to everything Kennebunkport has to offer. Watch the twinkling lights of Dock Square from our porch at night while listening to the birds in the surrounding woods. We have a private dock that you can swim or launch our kayacks and stand up paddle boards from to enjoy the water.

What makes this property unique

The space is open concept with two wings of bedrooms (2 at each end). This allows for great family gatherings or a shared vacation plan. There are 2 full and a 1/2 bathroom upstairs as well as a 1/2 downstairs.
