Situated on the southern end of private sandy Moody Beach, next to Ogunquit beach, this wonderful 5 bedroom year round open concept contemporary beach house has it all. Featuring large sun filled rooms with panoramic views of the beach and ocean from most every room, beautiful designer kitchen, granite counters, hardwood and tile floors, custom stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings, master bedroom & bath and deck overlooking the beach and the ocean. Great parking, yet close to everything. You can walk the beach to Ogunquit village and all the area has to offer.

Another great stay!

Third stay at the house for a desperately needed vacation after a tough year. The weather cooperated, in fact one day was like a summer day, except it was dark by 6. As always, it was great to relax in such a comfortable spot, right on the beach and close to restaurants etc. It was a great spot to see the Hunter moon rise. Will be back!

Beach property in Wells ME

We had such a lovely time. It was my birthday - we celebrated! Having a place on the beach was amazing. The place was very clean, the owners were responsive if needed. The house had everything we needed for our stay - we enjoyed using the kitchen, playing at the beach, sitting inside looking at the beach! I highly recommend the house!

Fantastic Winter Getaway

Second Stay!

We came back to 7 Ocean Avenue after having a wonderful stay last summer. The house suits our growing family so well. There is a reason why Olivia is a Premier Host……she stays in touch throughout the week so you are in very good hands. The proximity to Ogunquit and the view of the ocean can’t be beat! Couldn't be better!

This was a dream house for our family celebration. The access to the beach, and the view of it from the house, or the porch, or the little garden patio is incredible. The spaces inside the house are really well designed for a group and the kitchen is super functional for cooking. Olivia was proactive in communicating and very responsive to any questions I had. We are all dreaming of going back.

Girls Weekend

Once again, the house, with its amenities and location was the perfect place for the Girls (group of 11) weekend. Loved the updated flooring on the second level, and our morning coffee on the deck enjoying the sunrises were spectacular! Christmas Celebration on the Beach!

The home is just as represented on Vrbo. It was well-stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. Gorgeous location right on the beach with a spectacular view of the ocean! We enjoyed many long walks on the beach, fell asleep to the sound of the surf each night, and had a wonderful Christmas celebration with our adult children at a much-needed time when our own home was under construction. Although we really didn't have any problems while there, Olivia was very responsive on the few occasions we did contact her. Even though it was off-season, we still found some great hotels, bars and shopping nearby to entertain us. We would definitely recommend!

This property is AMAZING!!!

This is our second year at this property, and we WILL DEFINITELY be back again next year. The location is right on the beach and awesome. The house has everything you need for a family beach stay. Olivia got back to me right away, on a couple of minor questions I had. EXCELLENT HOSTS!!! The house was VERY clean upon arrival and we had no problem checking in. You couldn't ask for a better beach vacation. We LOVE it here. Thanks Olivia and Patrick! Special memories were made and we can't wait to make next year's memories just as wonderful!! Girls Weekend

This was our fourth year renting this property for our annual "girls weekend". We are a group of five, four of which are now retired. We look forward to this weekend all year and this year was no different. Even though the weather did not cooperate, we still had the best time walking on the beach, playing board games, and catching up. Olivia is the sweetest, most responsive and accommodating host anyone could ask for. I just adore her. The house is exactly as described and Olivia responds immediately to any questions or concerns. We are already looking forward to year five at "the Maine house".

Magnificent Moody!!

This was the third season that our family has stayed at this beautiful property. The addition of a second refrigerator in the garage is so terrific.....makes meal planning so much easier. The conversion of the garage into a game room will come in handy as the grandchildren grow up. Olivia is just wonderful and responsive. The property location is fantastic as we walked down the beach and into Ogunquit then continued to the Marginal Way. It's about 2 hours round trip by foot with a stop for an iced coffee in Perkins Cove. The dual porches are one of my favorite features of the home. It was a hot week so I would take the little ones to play on the front porch in the shade in the morning hours then head to the huge ocean front deck for a sunny afternoon on the water. My family cannot wait to return next year!

Long Weekend in March

This is a beautiful property. All pictures are accurate. We did not have any problems, so only minimally interacted with the hosts, but they did respond to all communications very quickly. It is clear that the owners reinvest in the property and its upkeep. There is an incredible deck 3/4's of the way around the house with a state of the art railing which is super safe and allows for maximum ocean views. Speaking of ocean view, there is none better on the Maine Coast. The beach sand is nice and compact for walking, which is great. Don't worry sun worshipers, there is soft sand for lounging as well. The house is beautiful but not bougie, if you know what I mean. It feels upscale but comfortable. We loved out visit and would definitely like to go back. Thank you for letting us "borrow it" Susan
