Situated on the southern end of private sandy Moody Beach, next to Ogunquit beach, this wonderful 5 bedroom year round open concept contemporary beach house has it all. Featuring large sun filled rooms with panoramic views of the beach and ocean from most every room, beautiful designer kitchen, granite counters, hardwood and tile floors, custom stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings, master bedroom & bath and deck overlooking the beach and the ocean. Great parking, yet close to everything. You can walk the beach to Ogunquit village and all the area has to offer.

Another wonderful family vacation at Moody Beach

This is our third, wonderful stay at this property. The owner is kind and easily accessible and the home is comfortable and well equipped for a stress free vacation. We cannot wait to return again next spring!

Beautiful Beach House

This home was very clean and beautiful. You can see the sunrise from your bed if you wish. What a relaxing and peaceful experience this home has to offer. Would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic Winter Getaway

We had an amazing long weekend at this beautiful beach house. It has everything you could need or want. The house is spacious and clean. The beach is steps away from the back porch. It's the perfect location. Olivia is easy to communicate with and quick to reply. Hoping to be back again next year!
