This beautiful five bedroom house is located at the entrance of the famous Perkins Cove in Ogunquit with artsy boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, art galleries.

Built just after the turn of the century and meticulously maintained, it will give you the feel of staying in Maine with the modern comforts of today.

This house boasts five spacious bedrooms, 3 full and one half baths, dining room, family room, living room with working fireplace and a great yard where kids and adults can play.

It features a contemporary kitchen equipped with modern stainless steel appliances. Washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.

Park your car for the week and enjoy our charming little town by foot. If you get tired just hop on the trolley.

There is plenty to do nearby or you can relax and read a book by the pool.

Amazing property and great hosts

This house in Ogunquit is right by Perkins Cove and a 5 minute walk to the Marginal Way. It's spacious with the perfect combination of modern amenities (pool, sub zero frig, flat screen tv's) and historical character (wood floors and architectural woodwork, vintage tile floors in bathrooms). Hosts were invisible until we needed anything, and then right there immediately. My large family of 10 had an amazing time and could spread out and relax with each other. And dinner and drinks next door at That Place was perfect and fun. Thank you Rick and Boriana! We will be back next year!!

Wonderful Stay, Highly Recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Ogunquit and look forward to staying again! The location is perfect for walking and the property owners are very responsive.

Very nice, but a few issues

Several Wi-fi networks on property. Which one to use? Dining area rug curled up on edges. Tripping hazard. Parking unclear. A map would be helpful. Guests should know that pool is shared with another property. Despite issues we had a great time.

Perkins Cove gem

Had a lovely stay again at this property. House is nice and big, great pool and great location! Owners always very easy to communicate with during our stay. Fabulous week to kick off the summer!

June Friends/ Family Vacation

This is the second time staying at this beautiful property. Rick and Boriana are very attentive & accommodating. Check in was super easy & we were always able to reach them if we had questions/needed something. The house fit 6 adults + 5 children comfortably. The location of this house is incredible. We will definitely be staying here again.

This property was the Hayes guest house on Shore Road for over 50 years. Eleanor Hayes not only cooked breakfast and cleaned rooms for her nightly guests, but operated a doll and gift shop from the front of the building. We recently purchased the building this past November and have transformed it into a beautiful vacation getaway for many to enjoy. We own That Place In Ogunquit, a cozy family owned and operated restaurant, located next door to the rentals. Along with our 7 year old son, we are here to help with any wants and needs, giving travel and sight seeing advice, where to go, what to do!!! We're located just steps from Ogunquit's famous Perkins Cove and you will be blessed with the availability of an onsite pool.
