This beautifully maintained year round home is located at Perkins Cove and is just steps from Marginal Way. You’ll be able stroll to all of the sights, sounds, and excitement of Ogunquit Beach and Village. Enjoy fine restaurants, premium shopping, and art galleries just outside your front door.

The 2,380 sq, ft, home boasts an airy and bright open concept floor plan with mahogany hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and skylights. It is an ideal space for entertaining and spending time with family and friends. Relax with your favorite beverage and a good book while savoring the ocean breeze on one of three decks the house offers, or kick back and grill.

The four bedrooms are all spacious and comfortably appointed. Ample parking, free wifi, cable TV, books, a chess and backgammon table, and board games are also available. For your convenience, the trolley stop is located just across the street.

Beautiful house and great location

The house is beautiful and spacious and the location is perfect for walking the Marginal Way, visiting Perkins Cove and heading into town. The owner is very responsive and helpful. He was a pleasure to work with. Great property and location!!

Christmas Visit

It was a girl getaway and everything was perfect. Scott's home is even more beautiful that described in the pictures. The house was immaculate and was really perfect!!

Location!

We had another great stay at Scott’s house. It is the perfect house to spread out and enjoy a stay in the heart of all that Ogunquit has to offer. Scott is immediately available for any concerns you may have. We had a wonderful time walking the marginal way, visiting local shops and eating at the local restaurants. All within walking distance for us!

Beautiful home in a great location

We spent a wonderful weekend with family in Ogunquit. It was our second time staying in this spacious home, and once again it did not disappoint. The host reached out several days before our planned trip to make sure we had all the details we needed, and to remind us to bring sheets and towels. We are hoping the house is available again next year when we come back!

Weekend Away

We had an amazing stay in Ogunquit! This house was absolutely perfect and we would recommend to any group heading to this area. We had 7 girls and had more than enough space for everyone. The outdoor patios were great, and even though it rained out one day we had plenty of space to hang out indoors. This house was also in a great location and walking distance to Perkins Cove and the downtown area. Thank you again Scott for being so helpful during the check in process as well!

Friends Ogunquit Weekend

Scott & Linda offer a superb property for your oceanside stay. The home was clean, well appointed and welcoming. Communication with Scott was clear, friendly and very helpful. Check in was flawless. Aside from the obvious attractions to this home, Scott & Linda are people who truly care about their home, the care of it and the comfort of their guests. Scott was instrumental in offering thoughts about where to dine and places to see. I would highly recommned this home, though I hate to see it booked to the point where I may not be able to book it for myself :) Enjoy your stay by the sea.

Wonderful stay!!

This property is wonderful! Perfect location large enough for more than our party for sure! Spacious, clean, nice deck off the dining room where we had coffee in the morning. Location is perfect, has access to everything you want to do in Ogunquit!! And the host, Scott ,was wonderful!! Very attentive and checked in to see how we were doing. Would definitely go back there again and hopefully spend more time!!! We had a three-year-old and a six year old in our group and there were plenty of games in the living room that we could play with when enjoying some downtime. It was an overall wonderful weekend!

All good BUT

Apartment was fine except the listing on VRBO did not specify that NO linens (sheets, towels) were NOT provided. This is not good as we traveled from Florida to ME to stay with our family and the owner informed me (on my call to him) that sheets, towels were not provided. Were we expected to provide these items from FL when we visited for a few days. Good thing was we talked to owner a few days before our departure from FL. This coud have been a disaster if we didn'y have relatives in the vacinity. I future we will not stay in VRBO property that does not provide sheets and towels.

Great location!

We enjoyed our time in ogunquit and our stay on shore road. The home is great for families, bedrooms are private and far enough from living space so early risers or night owls are not disturbing others sleeping. Kitchen is great size for meal prep and dining area fits many people. We brought a play table for other activities for the young children. Bathrooms are ample size for sharing space. Lower level room has 1/2 bath which was convenient. Although we really enjoyed our stay, the house was not professionally cleaned. Kitchen pots and pans were disappointing. Scott provided fans and added an AC on the first floor which was appreciated. Parking is tight but we fit 4 cars. Beautiful home and a fabulous location.

My friends and I came up for a girls' weekend and really enjoyed our stay! The house was really clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable and fun stay. We loved how close everything was; no more than 20 minutes to all the fun things downtown Ogunquit has to offer. Scott was really easy to get a hold of and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Would be more than happy to stay here again.

Perfect spot and close to fun

We had a girls weekend get-away for a 50th birthday. We were in walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as great walking just for fitness. The house was perfect for entertaining and socializing. We all had a wonderful time!

We keep coming back!

This was our third year staying in this beautiful home; we keep coming back because it is clean, has plenty of space for our group to sit down together for meals, and the hosts always make us feel welcome. There is plenty of parking and you cant beat the location!

Perkins Cove Vacation

We had visited the area several times before and fell in love. Decided to stay for a weeks vacation. I was so happy to find Scott’s house on VRBO. It was great! Good size for our adult family of 6. The location could not have been better! We just walked every where. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. There was no AC in the first floor bedroom, so we had a fan set up. It did get a little warm; an AC would have been great. I did have to go to the laundromat once also as there is no washer and dryer. Other than that- this place was great!

Ogunquit Family Gathering

Superb location within steps to Perkins Cove shops and daily walks on beautiful Marginal Way. Plenty of room for our group of 7. Scott helped in every way as we dealt with unusually warm weather for a couple of days.

Girls Weekend

My friends and I had a great girls weekend in Ogunquit at this property! The property is very spacious, very close to Perkins Cove and less than a mile from the main shops in town. Only few small downsides for others to be aware of, you have to bring your own linens and towels which was fine because we were driving up, but people coming from farther away might have an issue. The toilets were a little old you sometimes had wait a little to use between flushes. The owner communicated these details to me before my stay. Also the first floor bedroom was bit chilly (we were here in winter) and could have used a space heater in the room vs just the electric baseboard just outside the room. Overall, these details didn't take away majorly from our experience and we would stay here again!
