Perched on a small cape point in an idyllic setting, while conveniently located between the towns of York and Ogunquit, this quiet oceanside home is perfect for a restorative, relaxing quintessential Maine vacation.

Your peaceful destination is nestled among tall trees, scenic beaches and rocky shorelines. As you travel down a private, winding gravel lane, your next adventure patiently awaits around the corner. Upon arrival, you will be refreshed by the cool, clean ocean air and soothed by the sound of surfs breaking the shoreline. Newly furnished, the Cottage is completed with thoughtful amenities and all the comforts of home including brand-new beds and linens.

The Cottage is sunny year round; and each room is sunlit throughout the day. You will fall in love with a picturesque, 270-degree ocean view and experience the gentle sea breezes atop our roof deck. Our large roof deck floats uninhibitedly high above the tree line for unparalleled panoramic views. Be the first to catch a sunrise over the ocean while sipping a cup of coffee or tea. At a distance, follow the sail boats tacking in the water and spot the faint beacons from the nearby lighthouses on the horizon. In the evening, wrap yourself in your favorite blanket and watch a memorable sunset. Gaze at the stars flooding the sky as nightfall deepens.

Long Sands & Short Sands beaches and the Nubble Lighthouse are all within a short 10-minute drive. Need a break from the crowds? Take advantage of the surrounding property and enjoy a 5-minute leisurely stroll to our private pebbly beach spending some quiet time on your very own secluded ocean spot. Explore nearby intimate lake, ponds, and coves through hidden garden pathways and discover birdwatching or fishing. Ride a bike or have a brisk walk with that special someone heading towards Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way in Ogunquit to take in more breathtaking views and perhaps even a lobster roll. For more exploratory hikes, hit the trails at Chases Pond and Mt. Agamenticus, which are spectacular year-round.

Our roomy 2,600 sq. ft. Cottage boasts 70 (yes 70!) large, operable windows and sliding doors to bring in fresh air and ever-changing, colorful outdoor views to every room. Don’t blink or else you will miss a number of beautiful land birds that come to rest in our yard and the many seabirds that often cluster on the rolling ocean waves. After your outdoor activities, feel free to luxuriate in the outdoor shower. Warm and inviting, this vacation home is indoor - outdoor living at its finest.

The entry level offers two queen-sized bedrooms with a shared full bathroom, and a king-size master with en suite bathroom and walk-in shower. All bedrooms have base-board heating and brand-new, individual-temperature controlled air conditioning units. Adjoining the bedrooms, the Day Room is charming and cozy. It is a perfect place for a midday respite, puzzles & games, and reading. A new smart-TV and WiFi audio system are available for your use and entertainment. Laundry is available on site with full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The upper entertainment level contains a wide-open living space, a farmhouse-style dining area, a remote-controlled gas fireplace for warm ambiance in the evening, a cheerful and high-ceiling Sun Room, and a kitchen with all the essentials. Another bedroom suite with an adjoining, recently-updated full bathroom is also located on this level. The living room's sliding glass doors conveniently open onto the deck where the Weber bbq grill is waiting to be fired up.
