Great location, just a short walk to the beach and downtown. No need to pay for parking! Wonderful views of the ocean from multiple decks. Kitchen is well stocked with just about everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house was great for a family of 8. There was plenty of space to be together, and if someone wanted downtime to nap, relax, or read, there were plenty of options to choose from between the porches and balconies. My daughter loved relaxing on the upper balcony each night and listening to the waves. The house was clean and comfortable and the view was beautiful. We could walk or ride bikes to the beach or the Nubble within minutes. The owner was very responsive with messaging and check in/check out was easy. I would recommend this rental for other families that love the ocean!

We loved staying here - the house is spacious and comfortable and walkable distance to York Beach village. We enjoyed eating meals on the deck, and coffee on the sunporch in the morning. Outdoor shower is great for cleaning up the little ones after the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I love York and we particularly love the area of Short Sands where this house is located. We can see the water from the house and it is a short walk to the beach. The house has recently been updated and was the perfect fit for our family. It is very clean and comfortable and we spent most of our time on the new front porch. This house is a great place to enjoy the beach and the area in general. Communication with the owner was excellent and the entire experience was positive. We had a relaxing week and are eager to go back!

We enjoyed staying at the house! It was very comfortable for our family trip of 5 adults, 2 children, and a toddler. The house had an ample amount of beach chairs and other supplies that made life much easier! We enjoyed the sunrises, walking to the beach and downtown area, and short drives to other local attractions. Worth the stay!

Ideal Location for Short Sands Beach!

Great location and comfy cottage. East walked to Short Sands beach, downtown, playground, basketball court and Dunne's ice cream! Bill was a great host, quick to respond and very accommodating.

Amazing Location

This was our 2nd year at this property and we still love it. Being able to walk to short sands makes our vacation so much easier. The outdoor shower and enclosed porch with an ocean view is a bonus!

Perfect location for Short Sands

Such a great property! Close to short sands, easy walk to the beach/downtown. You can hear the ocean at night which is great. Clean house with everything we needed Great communication. Was a great place for our family of four. Would stay here again!

Great Locations

We walked to Short Sands every day! So easy with the kids. The outdoor shower made sand clean up a breeze.
