Nicely renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage- all one floor.
Easy- direct 5 Minute walk to Long Sands beach! Cottage is Located off Beacon St on private lot- very peaceful setting. Easy -quick walk to beach.
Recently remodeled kitchen, Bath, Flooring, lighting and furnishings.
Our clients love that it is a clean and comfortable Cottage!
Open concept kitchen/Living room; 3 bedrooms, large sunroom to get away to a separate space/TV and Daybed and extra seating/ table for puzzles/games!
Private furnished deck with table/chairs, umbrella.
Off street parking for max of 4 cars.
Nicely appointed kitchen- newer appliances, Fiestaware dishware, nice cookware, combo keurig pod & carafe coffee maker, DW, blender, toaster, microwave.
Plenty of cocktail drinkware too! Weber gas grill. Deck furnished.
Private enclosed hot/cold water Outdoor shower. So nice after a beach day!
New heat/AC- stay comfortable in all spaces!
Private street, safe yard for children to play!
Wi-fi and Cable-via Spectrum. One TV is Roku in sunroom.
Beds: 2 Queen beds , 3 Twin beds. (mattresses new 2025)
Bedding: Beds have quality, clean blankets and Pillows provided.
Sheets: weeklong renters (7 days) or more bring their own sheets and bath towels (sheets and bath towels. Will be supplied if requested for a laundry fee of $125.)

Short stay rentals -2-6 days will have sheets and bath towels provided.
Towels: 2 kitchen towels and 2 bath hand towels
Washer and Dryer available for stays 7 days or more (light loads only please). Please Bring own detergent.
W/D is not provided to shorter stay renters.
Hand soap available at both sinks. Dish and DW soap provided.
Kitchen Trash bags provided.
Please bring your own toiletries- shampoo, body wash, etc..
We do not provide beach towels, chairs etc. please bring your own.

Great 2 night stay

We usually get a hotel room when visiting York for a couple days but thought seeing we were with our grandchildren we would try a house. We were so happy with the house, location, and communication with the host. The house was very clean, it is walking distance from the beach but in a quiet setting and when we had a question, the host responded in a timely manner. We would definitely stay there again.

This property is located in a very quiet side road away from people and traffic. It has all the comforts of home most people would be looking for. Mike is a very communicative host. If we were ever to come back to York Beach we would hope this property would be available.

This place is a gem! Mike was very responsive, courteous and accommodating. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this one is top of the list on cleanliness. We have a family with 2 adults and 2 kids and there was certainly room for more. The area is quiet at night and a wonderful, short walk to Long Sands. Walking back to the house from the beach for forgotten items was a breeze. I highly recommend this rental but please don’t rent it when we want to go back! Thank you, Mike!

Cozy and clean

The cottage was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved that there is a washer and dryer. The enclosed nicely finished front porch is a great place to relaxe (watch TV, play cards, sleep) and it's separated from the main living space making it perfect for a family. The only down side is there is one bathroom - but the outside shower helps.

This house is well-appointed and in a great location, and the owner is easily available for any concerns or issues. I recommend it highly, with the possible caution that all entrances into the house do involve a few steps, so if that is a concern, please plan accordingly. Everything you need is on-sight or available nearby and I would not hesitate to book here again!
