Fantastic 5 Bedroom Home Just 5 Minute Walk To The Beach

5 bedroom, 4 bathrooms includes a first floor bedroom, deck and yard

Enjoy the sounds of the ocean from our 5 bedroom, 4 full bathroom home. Only a quick 5 minute walk to Long Sands Beach, this house is completely furnished and equipped for your vacation needs including WiFi. The open concept kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and ample seating. Spend warm days at the beach and sleep in the comfort of central air conditioning. There are comfortable leather sofas and HD TV in the living room and a second living room with a TV on the 3rd floor provides extra space to stretch out and relax. Three bedrooms have king size beds with one having an en-suite bathroom and all 3 have TVs. One bedroom has a queen size bed and 2 twins, perfect for a family with children. A 5th bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds for a total sleeping capacity for 14. A laundry room with double washers and dryers is a bonus. The deck has an umbrella table with seating for 8 and a large gas grill with direct propane hook-up to the house. There is a great yard for lawn games and an outside rinse station with hot/cold water to rinse off beach sand. Parking won't be a problem with plenty of room for your vehicles. Short Sands Beach with all of the shops, restaurants and amusements are within walking distance from the house. Come and enjoy one of Maine's most beautiful family friendly beaches and make memories that will last a lifetime.

Summer weeks are reserved Friday to Friday to avoid Saturday traffic.

The perfect house and location for multigeneration family fun! The house was pristine, the furnishings were lovely and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved walking to the beach every morning and watching the sun rise over the water. The walk into town was also very manageable. My son has already asked to go back for a longer stay!

My family consisting of my husband and me plus our 3 adult children and their partners really enjoyed our visit. The home had more room than we needed and seemed like everywhere we needed to go was 20 minutes or less away. I’d book again!

Girls weekend getaway

Hands down, one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed at! Spacious, clean, with all the amenities and more (they even had a Christmas tree in the living room!). Brian was extremely communicative and responsive. This house was perfect for our girls weekend and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

We stayed at this property during my bachelorette trip. It accommodated all 12 of us comfortably. The overall house is big and had everything we needed. It was so close to both Long Sands and Short Sands beach. Above all, it was extremely clean and well kept as if it was a brand new house. We were so comfortable and enjoyed being at the house. Highly recommend!

Everything was beautiful! Very spacious and had all the typical comforts. It had a nice beachy but classy decor. We stayed there with my family for Thanksgiving and we had everything we needed to make the traditional dinner. The kitchen was large enough for the 4 cooks without getting in each other’s way too much! Also the top floor living area/bedroom was perfect for all the kids! I highly recommend this home to anyone!

So much room for activities!

The best thing about this property is the layout; three floors of space for everyone to spread out! Even with 14 adults, there were plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and lounge space to make everyone feel like they weren't on top of each other. Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! Brian was a very generous and flexible host who made us feel welcome and well taken care of. I would definitely rent this property again and highly recommend it!!

Wonderful property in the best location!

This was our first time staying at the house. We were a group of 3 families (6 adults, 6 kids ranging in age from 16 to 7). The house was perfect. The kids were able to hang out on the top floor with their own living room space while the adults were downstairs in the kitchen. All of the bedrooms were spacious and the home was immaculate. We loved being close to Longs Sands Beach and downtown. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Vacation Home in York Beach

I have rented many vacation homes over the years, and I'm happy to say that this was the very best. We stayed as a family of 6 - 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 kids ages 12 and 8. There was plenty of room for us to spread out (thankfully, since our beach week was not very sunny). We needed a home with a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor for my parents, and the layout worked perfectly. This home is modern and clean, stocked with absolutely everything you could want or need. A 3-minute walk to ice cream, and a minute further you're on Long Sands Beach. Communication with Brian was easy and friendly. When we couldn't be on the beach, we did family movies, family puzzles and games, and lots of yummy take-out food. Thank you for a perfect rental home, Brian!

The house was immaculate. The host supplied everything from sheets to beach towels. Great location a few minute walk to the beach. You can walk to everything from the house. Short walk to short sands beach and downtown. Will definitely be booking again. The host Brian was very attentive and gets right back to you within minutes.

Summer family vacation

We had 12 family members stay here for 8 nights. The property was perfect for us. We had plenty of room with 5 bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. We loved the double washer and dryer. We were close enough to walk to the beach and the shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this property.

Great house and location

The house was very nice, very clean and decorated very nice. We were 4 couples and we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. It was walking distance to ocean and short drive to town. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great with rain most of the weekend but when the sun came out we enjoyed the nice deck. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. We definitely recommend!

Nice Respite for Out-of-town Family Occasion

Our reason for visiting the area was unfortunate as we had a death in the family. Plans were changing by the minute, and Brian was very accommodating. This house was more than we needed, but now we know where to look for a return reunion. We loved the open floor plan on the first floor. The large table and sit-up island were perfect for gathering. My mom is 94, so she stayed on the first floor where the bathroom is right there. The house is beautifully appointed in the beach theme, and being there makes you feel like you're on vacation. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The top (third) floor is almost an apartment unto itself. The beach is a short walk from the house. Don't be in a hurry to drive in, or out of the neighborhood as there are natural "speed bumps" once you get off the main street. A very nice choice for a large group. With the snow, I'd say that there would be off-street parking for possibly 5 cars.

Great for a group

We very much enjoyed our January stay at the house. The house is beautiful, spacious and clean. Plenty of beds and bathrooms and the third floor is a wonderful bonus space! Brian was easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would recommend to families traveling together!
