Located on a quiet street, walking distance to the Main Beach, the Marginal Way, downtown Ogunquit, and the Playhouse, just show up and leave your car in the driveway the whole time. Trolley stop at the bottom of the street for getting around in style. Plenty of space for up to 13 guests to sleep comfortably in six bedrooms (two per floor), with a full bath on each of the three floors. Includes granite kitchen and an enclosed sunroom overlooking a gorgeous private backyard great for outdoor activities (including gas grill). New stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and two sets of washers/dryers. Perfect for several families or one large extended family, as layout allows for lots of privacy floor by floor. There is an upright arcade for the kids (and adults!) with sixty games (Ms. Pac-Man, Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, etc.). Make this place your family's home away from home year after year in Ogunquit.

Great place for our annual cousin’s weekend (10 women). We loved the location. The house had plenty of sleeping space and had a dining table that accommodated all of us comfortably. Ryan, the Property Manager, was wonderful. He responded immediately to my phone call and positively to a special request we had.

Lovely Coastal Maine Getaway

We enjoyed our weekend away in Ogunquit immensely. The home was immaculate and equipped with everything we could need. It is within walking distance of downtown shopping and the beautiful ocean. Thank you to the owner and attentive property manager for a perfect stay. We've rented this home twice and will be back.

An Awesome Weekend!

Stayed here for a weekend in October for a girls getaway and it had everything we needed and then some. Plenty of room to have your own space and to hang out together. We enjoyed all aspects from walking location to decorations!

Great Family Stay

We had a great stay at this house with 11 family members ranging in age from 2 years to 75. Great location on a quiet street and a short walk to Shore road, Marginal Way, and the beach. The house came well supplied with practical and thoughtful amenities. We greatly enjoyed this house and would love to return!

Maine Foliage Trip

This house was amazing! We were a group of 11 traveling through Maine. The house was well stocked and clean. Plenty of bed space for everyone! One highlight was the big farm table we could all sit around for meals… 5 stars for sure!

This house is perfect for a group, so close to downtown, beach and marginal way! We have stayed here several times and plan to be back for many more! The house managers are very receptive and the house is set up beautifully. Our happy place! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful!

Beautiful house in a great location with plenty of room and privacy for all 8 adults who stayed. Nice layout with comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, nice backyard with grill and large table for family dinners. A full bathroom on each of all 3 levels making it quick and easy for everyone to get ready for a night out. Best of all walking distance to shops, restaurants and the marginal way. We will stay again whenever in Ogunquit! Thanks!

This home has it all. 3 levels, lots of space and completely renovated with all upscale amenities. Open floor plan yet plenty of space if you need a little private time. Set up for large family or group. Exquisite back yard setting and a lovely neighborhood. Minutes to everything.

Great location!

We had an amazing time. House was just perfect for a moms weekend getaway. 9 of us and 9 beds. That is very rare to find. House was great with lots of space to hang out both inside and out. We especially loved the big table. Location was perfect. We didn’t love the cars until we left. Walking distance to everything and beaches are beautiful. Impressed as well with all the beach chairs that were available. We will most certainly be back. You will not regret booking this home.

Another great beach week

6 of us girlfriends had another great week in Ogunquit. Lots of walks on the Marginal Way and Ogunquit Beach . And lots of catching up in the beautiful back yard . Nathan always does a renovation and makes his house even more beautiful. And as always it was sparkling clean. You can tell Nathan and Ryan the property manager want their guests to be comfortable. Thanks Nathan for sharing your beautiful home and thanks Ryan for taking such good care of us . Our group is already planning for next year !

Spacious home in fabulous location

This house is located on a quiet residential street that is a 5-10 minute walk to the Marginal Way and town. It is the best location of any home I have stayed at in Ogunquit. There is a bathroom and bedrooms on every level of the house, which makes it easy for everyone to spread out and have some privacy. The backyard is private, fenced in and level, perfect for kids to play in. I did leave a few minor maintenance suggestions for the owner but none of these issues really impacted our stay. The beds were comfortable. The two sets of washer/dryers came in handy. We would gladly stay here again.

Perfect location and house!

The house was so perfect for our Girls Weekend. The 2 bedrooms on the first floor were perfect for those who had a hard time using the stairs. Having a bathroom on the first floor was an added benefit. We found the house had everything we needed and more. The dining room was great because we were able to have dinner together in one room. The back yard was private and so pretty too. Ryan was the ABSOLUTE best Property Manager we have ever dealt with of all the years we have been renting (over 20.) He was responsive, pleasant to deal with and just great! We are excited to hopefully rent it next year. One more thing, the location to town was perfect because we did not have to move our cars all weekend. Thank you!

Our new go-to rental in Ogunquit!

We are group of women who have been travelling to Ogunquit for several years and rented many properties. We have all decided - this is the place we will rent from now on! The home was clean and spacious, and the location was perfect for walking to the center of Ogunquit, Marginal Way and Perkins Cove. We loved the backyard with the patio and furniture. There was also a gas grill which hopefully we will use next time. We lucked out with beautiful weather, so never got a chance to use the gas fireplace in the living room. (again - next time!) Check-in and check-out were easy, and the owner, Nathan, was a pleasure to deal with. Not always easy to please 7 women - so happy we found this place!!!

Ogunquit 2023

We had a wonderful weekend! We have been going on this fall weekend for 25 years and have stayed at Nathans house for 4 years. The house is great! Perfect size for my wife and I, two daughters w/husbands and my in-laws. The house location is perfect! Walking distance to town and the Marginal Way. The house is always very clean and well kept. Nathan is always making improvements. This year we were surprised and delighted to find the whole kitchen totally remodeled and one of the walls removed to open it up to the living room. Big improvement! and he added a coffee/wet bar in the basement. The place is great! we highly recommend this house and will be booking for next year! Thanks Nathan!!

College Girlfriends Getaway

This house was perfect for a group of 10+ friends, all in our 50s, and friends since college. All communication/questions were answered promptly. The house was spotless, and you can really see the pride in ownership. We had plenty of space. The 2 bedrooms on each floor, with bathrooms on each floor was great. The open kitchen/living/dining area kept the conversation and laughs flowing all weekend. The bottom level seating area was an added bonus. The May weather was perfect for us to enjoy the outdoor area. And the location - so beautiful - park your car and you are all set for the weekend. We walked the shops in Oqunquit, Marginal Way to Perkins Cove, drinks nearby, etc. Close to everything and super easy to get from highway/Route 1. My friends and I pick a different property every time we go away, but we were all in agreement that we will be coming back to this property as it had everything we wanted.

Wow- wow- wow!

Just got home from another great stay at out favorite rental in Ogunquit! There is nothing we don't love about this home. Fabulous location for walking everywhere, more than enough room for everyone ( 6 old high school friends this visit), and spotless as always. We were pleasantly surprised to see the upgrades that have been made- kitchen/ living room area is now opened up and there was a beautiful island. There is absolutely nothing this home is lacking- Nathan has thought of everything- just unpack and enjoy! The property manager, Ryan, could not have been more helpful and welcoming. We had one small issue which he addressed quickly, and kept us informed throughout the day as we were out and about. Rent this home- you won't be sorry. Just leave a few weekends for us!!
