This designer year-round vacation house is perfect for you and your family. Come and feel the sense of style and tranquility. Open contemporary style rooms with tons of natural light streaming in all day. Our home has elegant architectural details, where many large glass windows facing the beautiful Spruce Creek.

Conveniently located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. Few minutes from factory outlet, beaches, state parks, restaurants, and downtown Portsmouth NH.

Smoking is not permitted within 25 feet of any open windows or doors to prevent smoke from entering the premises. House has no child safety proofing.

Milestone Birthday Girls Weekend

A group of 6 friends from around the country joined me to celebrate a milestone birthday. The house was a wonderful setting which supported great meals and conversations as well as exploring the Kittery and Portsmouth area.

Great Location

The home was unique and quite comfortable. We had plenty of room to hang out. Ogunquit, York, and Cape Neddick, were just a short drive away. It was a memorable vacation!
