Luxury beach villa with ocean views two blocks from the shoreline for rent in Wells, Maine.

6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms; sleeps 12 (plus 1-2 infants). 3,200 square feet. There’s plenty of room to spread out and relax!

Hotel-like experience with all linens and towels (bath and beach) provided and professionally laundered. You will arrive to all beds having been made by our housekeeping team so you don't have to spend hours of your vacation making beds. The cleaning company uses environmentally friendly cleaning products. 24-hour concierge service is provided by our outstanding property management team.

The property features a full eat-in kitchen with gas range, a screened-in porch, two master suites on the second floor, a huge second-floor deck overlooking the ocean, three bedrooms on the main level (two twin beds in each), as well as a lower level with a bedroom (queen bed), full bathroom, family room, game room, and access to the backyard. There’s plenty to do in the house, including ping pong, foosball, and air hockey tables as well as an arcade machine in the game room, a piano in the living room, 4 TVs, and a whole-house sound system. The property also features a huge backyard with picnic tables, badminton/volleyball net, horseshoes, tether ball, and a putting green.

The house is a few minutes’ walk to the rocky shoreline and about a ten-minute walk/2-minute bike ride to your choice of two Wells beaches (Moody or Crescent). Moody Beach connects to Ogunquit Beach. The house is centrally located and is just a 10-minute drive to Ogunquit and 15 minutes to Kennebunkport.

Very nice location and home. With 10 people and cooking every day it was quite crowded in the kitchen. Suggestion: Leave plenty of TP for 10 people. Owner is very nice and accommodating.

Great large home with a great play room! Everything was great and we all enjoyed the spacious home. We know it was early in the season, but we hoped that we could use the backyard, but the lawn hadn't been cut... turned out to be nice enough to do things outside , but could not use the lawn... other than that fantastic stay!

Thanksgiving Family vacation

This is a spacious, lovely home. There was ample room for 8 adults, 2 teenagers, and 1 toddler. Everyone had a great time. There is plenty of room to spread out on 3 floors, and there is a large yard as well. I would love to book again sometime.

Great house for large group

Celebrated a dear friend's 41st birthday with some of her favorite friends. The house was beyond perfect and spacious for all of us and out needs. Communication with the host was prompt and easy. Lots of great things about this property. Accommodations for all ages of guests (infant to Adult). Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal while you stay there. Basement offers lots of options for the kids to pass the time if the day is a rainy day. Recommend for families looking to be close to beaches to walk to, but also close to the areas where there are larger beaches (Wells & others). Ample parking for cars.

Great Choice

My family and I had an excellent time at Villa Nova. The house was neat and clean. Plus had plenty of space for the 10 of us, ranging in age from 6 - 80 years old. We absolutely loved the spacious back yard and many games, inside and out. I would recommend this rental to anyone who wishes to be near the Ocean.

There were 9-11 of us at any given time. Ages 26-89. We were all comfortable and had a wonderful stay! Weather was not great but we had lots to do within the house! Game room was a big hit! Quick Maine trip

We had a group of friends/colleagues come to Maine to bring ashes of older colleagues home. It was a nice group of people and the house was perfect for what we wanted. We didn’t get to enjoy the back yard much because it was cold and raining most days. But walks to the ocean were still great. And views of the water were beautiful.

We are a family of five who fell in love with Wells and its beaches the very first time we visited. We have three active young kids who enjoy being outside and exploring nature, but we all also value having a space to relax and recharge after a busy day.

Why they chose this property

Wells is such a great, family-friendly town and has lots to offer besides the beaches -- even though the beaches are really the main draw during the summer season. But we like that there are activities for everyone to enjoy during the cooler months, as well. Our house is in a great spot and it's easy to get to other destination towns, like Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, and York.

What makes this property unique

Our property is perfect for vacationing with extended family or friends. We love the large back yard for the kids to play in when we're not at the beach. The privacy of the master bedrooms and of the upstairs deck is great, too! The large yard is definitely a perk of this property, and so is the downstairs game room. There is so much to do at the house itself, and room to spread out, so if it's a rainy day, people don't feel confined or bored.
