This single family house with direct private access 30 steps from the Wells beach is the perfect location to enjoy the summer with family and friends. The house has been set up with reverse living for views of the ocean from the second floor kitchen and living room while dining or enjoying a beverage. Relax and listen to crashing waves from every room in the house.

Meticulous maintained with 4 bedroom that can sleeps 9 comfortably. This home offers fully equipped kitchen plus private grill for outside BBQing.

The perfect home for friends and family to spend their holidays with enough space and privacy for all.

Freshly laundered linens and towels provided as well as welcome toiletries to make the visit more simple.

Basic Set up:
1st floor has 2 bedrooms, living room, full bath and laundry.
2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and full bath.

There is a door at the top of the stairs on the 2nd floor which provides added privacy if 2 families want to share the home or adults want some privacy from the kids.

Direct, private access to beach, no street to cross. This house has its own private driveway for 2 cars. Parking not allowed in the front of the house.

Perfect Vacation

As always, since we have stayed here over 3 times, we love it and the location. Sophia is an excellent communicator and host, and the new addition of the stairs leading down to the beach is a huge improvement. We sure are happy here!

Family Vacation

We had a great experience staying at this property! This is our 6th straight year staying in Wells and this was the best one yet. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Walking out the door and onto the beach for sunrise…. Doesn’t get better than that! Check in was easy and Sophia was responsive and helpful. Would love to stay again.

Excellent Family Vacation on Wells Beach

Our family of 4 had a great week staying in Beach House #2 at Wells Beach. Central location on the beach side of Atlantic was perfect for walks to the Jetty or down to the square for ice cream. Sophia was super responsive and helpful! Overall, excellent property as described. We wish our friends could have made it - maybe next time!

The house is in the rear of the bigger house. Beach views were limited by the bigger house and also by windows that were very dirty obstructing the view.Window air conditioners were old and very noisy. Dishes and utencils were not clean.The access to the beach was a pleasant short walk and easily accessed. Truly the most pleasant part of the vacation.

A very nice week

We were in house number 2 which is just a minute's walk from the beach. We encountered a few minor issues with the coffee maker and the grill not working that the host dealt with the same day that we let her know about it which was helpful. We all had a memorable vacation.

Just beside the beach!

We were 10 people including 4 kids and we enjoyed ourselves. The beach was 30 secondes from the house. We liked taking our coffee on the beach. The owner were answering our questions very quickly and were very nice. The equipments of the house were almost all new!

Location (and responsiveness) can't be beat!

This is a really great location even though you are the second house of a 2-house oceanfront lot. It takes less than 30 seconds to walk onto the sand! House is kept in great shape and clean and the owner Sophie is very easy to communicate with and quite responsive.

Great beach getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at Sophia's Wells Beach house! The home was extremely clean, had everything we needed and the ability to see the beach, hear the waves and get our toes in the sand in just steps was exactly what we were hoping for. The AC worked on warm nights and the heat worked great on the cooler nights - and the two separate living areas was an added benefits with two little ones running around. The beach is right there but there are also great little trails to explore close by too. Thanks Sophia - great property and appreciate your prompt communication throughout our stay!

Family Visit

We a great time visiting our brother in Wells for the week. We were looking for a place with beach access and a separate space for our teenagers to hangout. This place fit the bill perfectly! Comfort and Convenience

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this home. We rented both the front and the back houses as we were a group of 6 couples and 3 kids ranging from 13-6 years old. The beach access was definitely the appeal of the house, we were able to spend quality time together both in the house and on the sand without making a huge production of traveling to the beach everyday. Sophia was responsive to all of our questions and concerns and we would definitely stay here again.

Great Time on the Beach

Our family consisted of 5 adults and 4 children (9,6,3,3). The downstairs area became a playroom-tv room and that gave the adults quiet periods in the upstairs kitchen. Being on the beach side was perfect. The older kids could go back to the house without having to cross the street. Everyone had a great time and the house had everything needed. Sophia was very responsive and easy to work with.
