This is a single family home on the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge. The views are simply amazing. 1 block from the beach. 3 Queen bedrooms and 1 bunk room that sleeps 4. There are 2 full bathrooms. One of the 2 showers has a tub. There is a 1st floor powder room and an outdoor shower. Basic cable and smart TV's in every bedroom and the living space. The bunk room has cubbies with outlets/USB for charging electronics. The bunk room also has a playstation 4. Feel free to banish the kids to the 3rd floor. Towels (Bath and Beach) and bed linens provided. The sunroom is open to the living room. 4 beach chairs are available. Grill available. Adirondack chairs and fire pit in backyard.

Great Place to Stay

We were very happy with our stay. We had a great time. The property was private, but very close to the beach. The house was updated and well maintained. Plenty of room. Would defintely stay there again.

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach home. We would defintely stay here again. The home is located within walking distance to Wells Beach and has a great view of the marsh.

Great family beach house

Second year at this property, and we will be back next year. Amazing location, very quick walk to the beach which is very important to us with little kids. Clean house with views from every room. Also enjoyed the fire pit every night. With the three floor set up it is great to have multiple family members stay. For future renters, there is no AC in individual bedrooms on the third floor, just in the hallway so you may need to sleep with doors open if windows and shades open is not an option (we have small children). We will be back in 2024.
